The primary purpose of Emotional Expressionism: Television Serialization, The Melodramatic Mode, and Socioemotionality is to explore the forms, functions, and nuances of emotions in popular, mediated narratives. Clearly, emotions constitute a key means by which audiences experience and make sense of narrative media, in that mediated stories make compelling arguments or take up resonant positions through their emotional methods and meanings. In the digital age, the rise of Islamophobia-marked by an irrational fear or discrimination against Islam and Muslims-has emerged as a pressing issue, especially on social media platforms. In this paper we employs a multi-class classification system, moving beyond traditional binary models. We categorize Islamophobic content into three main classes and various subclasses, covering a range from subtle biases to explicit incitement. Comparative analysis of data from Reddit and Twitter illuminates the distinct prevalence and types of Islamophobic content specific to each platform. This paper deepens our understanding of digital Islamophobia and provides insights for crafting targeted online counter strategies. …

In this paper, we implement a comprehensive three-class system to categorize social media discussions about Islam and Muslims, enhancing the typical binary approach. These classes are: I) General Discourse About Islam and Muslims, II) Criticism of Islamic Teachings and Figures, and III) Comments Against Muslims. These categories are designed to balance the nuances of free speech while protecting diverse groups like Muslims, ex-Muslims, LGBTQ+ communities, and atheists. By utilizing machine learning and employing transformer-based models, we analyze the distribution and characteristics of these classes in social media content. This study illustrates a problem-solving activity reflective of a real-life situation wherein high school students articulate their reasoning while contemplating the effectiveness and fairness of distributing raises. Study data were gathered via teaching experiment methodology in problem-solving sessions at a mathematics camp for secondary students. Examination of the data indicated that students sought entry points for problem-solving by making assumptions and pinpointing crucial variables. Framing mathematics within the concept of fairness encouraged students to review their work, engage in active listening, and find purpose in mathematical reasoning.

For non-English speaking patients, language discordance, described as the lack of proficiency in a shared language, with the medical team results in a poor patient experience and poor patient outcomes. The predominant solution to language discordance is the use of interpreter services, however these services are underused in the emergency department (ED). Online racism (i.e., racism perpetrated and embedded within media and platforms on the Internet) is increasingly becoming a public health concern. Recent empirical evidence demonstrates that over a three year period, Black adolescents reported experiencing at least one online racial discriminatory incident, including exposure to racist images or videos within digital spaces (Tynes et al., 2020). While GenAI has streamlined tasks such as summarizing literature and drafting manuscripts, it has also introduced significant ethical and practical challenges. This thesis explores the complex construction and performance of biracial identity within the context of the United States, delving into the historical and ongoing impacts of race and racism, and the pervasive influence of white supremacy. Through an autoethnographic approach, this study investigates how personal narratives illuminate the processes of biracial identity construction, expression, and negotiation across three social institutions: family, education, and media. The findings reveal the intricate and intersecting interactions that contribute to identity formation, highlighting the expansive nature of intersectionality. In order to establish the proper way to address peers and colleagues, an introduction is necessary. In an attempt to support inclusion, it has become standard to ask that people state their associated pronouns. Researchers have shown that the proper use of one’s pronouns can help people feel safe in a new environment (e.g., Kramer et al., 2022; Lauscher et al., 2022; Palanica et al., 2022); however, to my knowledge, very few researchers have explored the potential adverse effects of requiring pronouns in introductions. When students walk into the classroom, some of them come with a very negative view of family, whereas others walk in with an extremely narrow view of family. By prioritizing and facilitating the importance of multiple definitions of families, instructors can move through more complex topics over the course of the semester knowing that students have an understanding of why defining family is important—even if they are hesitant to change their definition. This study explores Bhutanese youth's perceptions, communication preferences, and engagement with waste separation and management, focusing on students at Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School (YHSS) in Thimphu. Using a mixed-methods approach, it combines surveys of 185 students with interviews from teachers and administrators to examine knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and systemic challenges. Findings reveal high awareness and positive attitudes among students, with social media and video content preferred for communication. However, barriers such as time constraints, inadequate infrastructure, and reliance on extrinsic motivators limit effectiveness. The objectives of this study were: 1) to explore the levels and bases of interpersonal trust among employees in the organizational gossip process, and 2) to explore the role of organizational gossip in fostering certain communication climates (i.e., defensive and supportive climates). Adopting an inductive, qualitative approach, 12 semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants from small enterprises, four participants from medium-sized enterprises, and four participants from large enterprises in the creative industries in Thailand. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และศึกษารูปแบบกลยุทธ์ กระบวนการ และการสื่อสารที่ก่อให้เกิดอิทธิพลในการรวมกลุ่มของวัยรุ่น Gen Z ในบริบทของสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคและการตอบสนองต่อกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารของบริษัทนำเข้าสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่น การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 30 คน โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ ผู้ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งต่อการสร้างอิทธิพลในการรวมกลุ่มของสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในประเทศไทย จำนวน 9 คน และผู้รับชมสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นที่เกิดในปี พ.ศ. 2540-2549 จำนวน 21 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพดำเนินการด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แก่นสารผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการการรวมกลุ่มประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการค้นพบ ขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนการมีส่วนร่วม และขั้นตอนการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ วงการการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในไทยมีการรวมกลุ่มแบบผสมผสานระหว่างสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพต้องเน้นหลักการ 3T ได้แก่ ความจริงใจในการสื่อสารที่ซื่อสัตย์และไม่มีการปิดบัง ความโปร่งใสในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลและกระบวนการที่จำเป็น และความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองและอัปเดตข้อมูลอย่างทันท่วงที ผลการวิจัยยังพบว่าผู้บริโภค Gen Z ที่มีประสบการณ์แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมและความต้องการในการรวมกลุ่มแตกต่างกัน การรวมกลุ่มมักเกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ออนไลน์แล้วจึงนำไปสู่การรวมกลุ่มแบบออฟไลน์ ผ่านแฟนการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในโลกออนไลน์ที่มีบทบาทในฐานะผู้ร่วมผลิตที่ขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรม

In this research, we have introduced intuitionistic fuzzy vertex order coloring IFVOC and analyzed the alpha-strong (alpha str), beta-strong (beta str), and gamma-strong (gamma str) vertices through their degree.
