Instances of information communication technology project failure are being recorded in Nigeria. This paper focuses on a design-reality gap to assess the selected information communication technology (ICT) projects in federal universities, South West of Nigeria. We determine the success and failure rates of the selected ICT projects based on the design-reality gap model dimensions: information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures. The paper aims to present the results of a survey of academic libraries about the adoption and perceived impact of Web 2.0 technologies. A total of 26college libraries affiliated with Solapur University participated among the members. It was found that each library was using some form of technology, such as RSS, blogs, social networking sites, wikis, and instant messaging. The acquisition of information literacy skills empowers students to understand the content, extend their research and assume greater control over their learning. The purpose of the study is to assess information literacy skills of levels 300 and 400 students of the University of Ghana Business School, Legon and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration Business School, Achimota. The challenge in evaluating China’s foreign aid has always been the unavailability of reliable data sets. This study constitutes the first analysis of the AidData data set from a communication network perspective. It examines China’s development aid to Africa in the ICT sector from 2000 to 2014. Combining data mapping, network modeling, and regression, it uncovers general trends of aid allocation, central players, and collaboration patterns among aid agencies. The results demonstrate the variability in the distribution of China’s foreign assistance to 44 African countries. The study presents the trends of research in Knowledge Management during 2014-2018. The data has been extracted from the Web of Science database on the affiliation of basic search. The research output has been derived on the basis of 963 publications receiving 4148 citations with a 4.87 percent average citation per paper. The authorship pattern was dominated by two authors securing 35.099% and collaboration co-efficient of 0.488. The country-wise publication was dominated by the United States contributing 159 papers. By employing Chinese sample, this study examined the relationship between organizational members’ use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and their identification with the immediate workgroup and the overall organization. Employees’ uncertainty level was proposed as a mediating factor in these relationships. Participants N=336 completed an online survey. Results indicated that workgroup identification (WID) was positively predicted by members’ use of organizational social media to seek work-related information, and organizational identification (OID) was positively predicted by organizational social media and intranet for the same purpose. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the use and practice of open educational resources in social science discipline at University of Delhi, Delhi.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The relevant data for the study was obtained through a well-structured questionnaire followed by personal interview wherever it was required. The well-structured precise questionnaire was distributed to the 150 social scientists (research scholars and faculty) that include 75 male & 75 female, selected through purposive random sampling. ICT (Information & Communication Technology) is playing a significant role in housekeeping activities and information retrieval in libraries. ICT consists of three terms Information, Communication & Technology. The paper highlights the use of ICT in college libraries. For collecting data, questionnaire method is adopted. The findings of the study shows that, the highest percentage of libraries (80.56%) have printer in libraries followed by photocopy machines (75%), CD/CD-ROM drive (72.22%), scanners (70.37%), and barcode scanners (54.63%). The aim of this study is to investigate the use of multimedia technology by lecturers and undergraduate students in Osun State University. The study was guided by four research questions. The study adopted descriptive survey design sample was selected using stratified random sampling method, to select 192 lecturers, and 377 undergraduate students.
