Social media advertisements can influence consumers' purchasing preferences by impacting their awareness, attitude, trust, and intention towards the advertised products, services, or brands. This study aims to achieve two objectives: firstly, to determine the correlation between independent variables (security, privacy, product features, social influence, and promotion) and secondly, to examine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables (online shopping purchasing preference among shoppers in Nilai). However, in China’s ethnic regions, preschool education faces significant shortcomings, with limited community involvement and consideration of ethnic characteristics. This study aims to find the impact of organizational learning on job performance among preparatory school teachers through the mediator role of job satisfaction. A survey was conducted at six preparatory schools in Heet City, Iraq. The study employed stratified random sampling to ensure a fair representation of samples from all six schools, and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The results from 183 valid questionnaires were analyzed using Smart-PLS, indicating that organizational learning positively and significantly impacted a teacher’s performance. This study reveals the long-term effects of several variables on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) in Islamic banks (IBs) and conventional banks (CBs) in Malaysia. Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) technique, the study supports a proactive approach and finds a persistent association between NPLs and asset quality, loan quality, unemployment rate, and inflation rate. Using the ARDL approach, the analysis covers the monthly period from 2018 to early 2021. This study aims to investigate NPLs at two different times: before and after the COVID-19 epidemic. This research examines the representation of LGBTQ identity on Instagram using multimodal content analysis on the @yayasangayanusantara account. Using Muted Theory, this study highlights how LGBTQ identities are formed and presented in social and digital contexts. Instagram was identified as an essential platform for authentic and multidimensional LGBTQ identities by challenging conventional stereotypes and discrimination in traditional media. Uneven access to greenspaces or visible greenness is an environmental justice (EJ) issue. In this paper, we use a social equity lens to develop geospatial models that measure convenient walking access to urban greenspaces such as parks and street-level green exposure en route to greenspaces. We utilized earth science, geospatial, and demographic datasets to develop two models—Greenspace Accessibility and Visible Greenness Exposure—and applied them in Camden and Jersey City, USA, two communities experiencing environmental injustices. Kutau is one of the ancestral heritages consisting of a set of rituals. Kutau takes the form of traditional martial arts that has been developed by the Suro Village community. Applying the qualitative approach, this study aimed to systematically document all forms of rituals in Kutau and its functions within the Suro community. Mental health is a crucial aspect for adolescents, as those with poor mental health may experience conditions ranging from depression and anxiety disorders to suicidal tendencies. Identifying mental health issues is essential, necessitating an instrument to assess adolescent mental health. This study aims to adapt the Arabic Scale of Mental Health (ASMH) into Indonesian and evaluate its validity using the Rasch model. The adaptation process followed the Procedures and Guidelines for Translating Counselling Assessment as outlined by Lenz, Gómez Soler, Dell'Aquilla, and Uribe. This study aims to develop a metaverse-based Virtual Reality Counseling (VRC) medium to support psychological services for students with special needs. The research method used is the research and development method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results show that the metaverse-based VRC medium has met the media acceptability aspects, making it feasible for effective implementation. Additionally, experimental results indicate a decrease in the levels of mental health disorders experienced by the counselees after undergoing individual counseling assisted by the metaverse-based VRC medium.
