This research attempts to study the relationship between leadership style and employees resistance to change at industrial firms in Jordan. A simple of (191) employees is selected from (3) of the largest industrial firms. Results show an overall “above – average” degree of resistance to change, the same degree of resistance under associated with democratic leadership style. Results, also, show that authoritarian leadership style is positively associated with resistance to change (organizational, subjective, economic, and culture dimension), and democratic leadership style is negatively correlated with organizational dimension of resistance only (and not other dimension). Water samples were collected monthly during 1999, from four sites, of different habitats. The study revealed the existence of a total of 120 phytoplankton species, composed of 76 Bacillarophyte, 37 Dinoflagellate, 3 Cyanophyte and 4 Chliorophyte species. Moreover, the study also revealed considerable physio - chemical variations in their water, as well as considerable variations in chlorophyll a. The physio - chemical variations of water, in the four stations most likely is responsible for the variations of the phytoplanktonic species found in them and their population densities.

Two protein portions from Datura inhibiting the multiplication of PVY “were obtained by filtration through sephadex G - 100. The first was maintained its activity at 60 с for 10 min; whereas the other lost its activity at this temp. The SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the heat resistant one revealed the presence of 8 polypeptides with molecular weights; 12000 , 13000 , 22000 , 25000 , 29000 , 40000 and two other of smaller molecular weights . This study estimated employment elasticities in the Palestinian Territories, between 1970-1993, at the aggregate and the sectoral levels by using regression analysis. It was found that the demand for labor within Palestinian Territories was influenced by the volume of production, labor cost, and employment during the previous period, however, the degree of influenced differed from one economic sector to another, and between the West Bank and Gaza Strip. This study explores the artistic devices which contribute to the construction of the image of the patriot in three heroic- chronicle English plays, which generally represent the main patriotic concerns of the English Renaissance history plays. The anonymous Woodstock (1592) dramatizes the title character's fervid allegiance to England under the misgovernment of King Richard II, while, on the other hand, Edward III (1592-95) celebrates and memorializes Prince Edward's exploits in his wars against France. The Purpose of the study is to investigate the demographic charactertics of divorse cases to determine the relationships between these characteristics. To achieve these goals, the research analizes ( 200 ) divorce cases through re viewing the records in the courts using content analysis to determine , the demographic characteristics of each particular case . The outcome of the study indicated low family income, living with the family, family interference. This paper provides an agency paralle to their analysis by examining how, in the presence of capacity cost, the desirable tradeoff between risk- sharing and incentives can be achieved through modification of the performance measures on which the contract is based. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الجنس وأثر أنواع التعليم الثانوي وفروعها المختلفة على مفهوم الذات لدى الطلبة الملتحقين بها بالمقارنة بمستوى لدى طلبة العاشر. وقد اختبرت الدراسة الفروض التالية : 1- لا توجد فروق جوهرية في مفهوم الذات لدى طلبة العينة تعزى لاختلاف الجنس (ذكور/إناث). 2- لا توجد فروق جوهرية في مفهوم الذات لدى طلبة العينة تعزى لاختلاف أنواع التعليم (عاشر- أول ثانوي أكاديمي – أول ثانوي مهني ). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 990 طالبا وطالبة منها 514 طالبا و476 طالبة جميعهم يدرسون في مدارس مدينة الجرش للعام الدراسي 93 – 94 وشملت طلبة العاشر والأول الثانوي …
