اهتمت الدراسة الحالية بتحديد أثر السمعة التنظيمية في الانغماس التنظيمي في جامعة وارث الأنبياء ع . وقد أجريت الدراسة على (50) تدريسي في جامعة الوارث وقد تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة من اجل قياس الأبعاد الفرعية للسمعة التنظيمية مع الابعاد الفرعية للانغماس الوظيفي ولغرض تحديد مستوى التأثير ما بين المتغيرات . وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية في قياس المتغيرات ذات العلاقة (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط “بيرسون” )، وتشير الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنويه بين مكونات السمعة التنظيمية بأبعادها ( المسؤولية الاجتماعية , صورة المنظمة , الابداع , جودة الخدمة , جذب الموهوبين …

This study reviews factors that prior studies have identified or failed to consider as barriers to post-secondary success. The three main areas include academic success for Latinx students after high school, organizational systems and their impact on African-American students’ postsecondary readiness, and what workers think of their high school education with regards to career preparedness.

Five factors are identified as major barriers for Latinx students to continue in a higher education system. A survey of former students from Saint Louis, Missouri, and Dallas, Texas, metroplex area identified 56 Latinx students that participated in an initial survey. This led to a …

هدفت الدراسة الي تناول التغيرات الهيكلية في بيئة المحاسبة الداخلية والخارجية ودورها في ممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التغيرات الهيكلية في عوامل بيئة المحاسبة، والتغيرات في ضوابط سلوك وأخلاقيات المهنة وما تسببه تلك التغيرات من خلل يتم استغلاله كمدخل لممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التغيرات الهيكلية في بيئة المحاسبة وممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية. حيث أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للدراسة أن اقل قيمة لعبارات الفرضية الأولى حسب تحليل مربع كاي تساوي (1.035) عند درجة حرية (42)، بمستوى دلالة (.000) وهي أكبر من 0.05 ودالة إحصائياً وهو ما يؤكد صحة الفرضية “تجود علاقة …

The work experiences of faculty in higher education often entail being overworked and stressed, and this is particularly true for women faculty and faculty of color. This essay is situated at the intersection of gender, race, axiological, epistemological, and occupational identities. In this metatheoretical argument, we propose a new concept communicative labor by exploring how existing scholarly frameworks regarding workplace emotion, compassionate communication, and gendered work intersect to inform the experiences of critical women scholars and the ways their labor is communicatively manifested across research, teaching, and service. In response to Beathard and DiGangi’s (2020) call to action for empirical assessment of population affinity estimation methodology, this study investigates the validity of maxillary palate shape as an indicator of ancestral population affinity for human skeletal remains through the use of Elliptical Fourier Analysis (EFA) and Linear Discriminant Function Analysis (DFA). Further, this study also places emphasis on the expressed variation of palate shape within and between population groups exemplified by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) of EFA data.

Continued response to the sum consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic has disparately affected the physical and mental health of older minority adults in the United States. SARS-CoV-2 created an acute epidemiological crisis of public health coinciding with a chronic pandemic of accentuated psychosocial stress. Biological and socio-economic risk of morbidity and mortality follow a demographic gradient of subjectively constructed social status that disproportionally threatens older adults and minority racial/ethnic communities. Pathways to increased socio-economic and psychosocial vulnerability are multifactorial and complex. Factors of race, socio-economic status, gender, and age, each contribute to individualized profiles of vulnerability to risk exposure.

Huey Long’s use of the phrase “lyingnewspapers” to discredit negative publicity is commonly cited as evidence of his negative relationship with the mainstream press, but he did not always hold a hostile view toward newspapers. Before the press turned against him during his enemies' attempt to impeach him as governor in 1929, newspapers were one of his central tools for political advancement. The Internet is a huge source of free and openly available information. However, the awareness about open source information amongst faculty and students is not known. The objective of this study is to explore the awareness and use of open access resources (OARs) by Faculty and students of Ponda Education Society’s (PES’s) colleges. A questionnaire-based survey method has been used in this research. A questionnaire was designed in Google Forms and was sent to 400 library users.
