Libraries are establishing websites to deliver information to their patrons. The purpose of this paper is to assess the top ten medical institute library websites, as determined by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), for the year 2020. The checklist-based observation method has been adopted for the study. The checklist is categorized into five major categories: general information about the library, library's printed collection, library's e-resources, library's services, and library’s sections. The purpose of the present study is to explore the possibility of integrating various online tools and apps with the library website and to identify the issues and benefits of implementing these tools. Quantitative online survey method was used using Google form in the present study to investigate the perception of the academic community involving students, teachers, and research scholars across higher education institutes in West Bengal, India about the online tools and apps and how they respond while interacting with these tools. E-resources are inevitable, technology has grown and libraries are also adopting the technologies although adopting have many challenges to the library professionals. Whenever something new comes they need to update themselves. A study investigated E-Resources management and management issues of Indian library professional perspectives. For this study, data was collected from various academic institutes/university libraries in India. It includes institutes of national importance, central, state, deemed and private universities. The study finds that the majority of the libraries subscribed to E-journals and E-books, administration related challenges faced by LIS professionals. The present study is evaluates the user experience towards library information resources and services in selected engineering and management institutes of Haryana. The researcher distributed 432 questionnaires among faculty members, PG and UG students of YMCA Faridabad, MDU Rohtak and DCRUST Sonipat Engineering and management institute libraries and found 325(75.23%) responses received back. It was found that the majority of users were overall satisfied with available library information sources and services. The study also found that some of library information sources and services were not much fully utilized by the faculty members and the students. Therefore, it is also suggested …

The study illustrates the development and management of legal information resources (LIR) in the Allahabad High Court Judges’ Library (AHCJL). This work is based on research conducted by researchers as part of his Ph.D. Work. The AHCJL has a collection of numerous types of legal information resources. The AHCJL is accessible only by the honourable judges and court clerks. It is important to note that printed legal information resources are used more frequently than electronic legal Information resources. This study focuses on the perceptions of librarians at Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Maluku regarding the strategy for implementing the library transformation based on the aspects of Connectivity, Content, and Human. This study was examined using the dimensions of organizational communication climate that was coined by Charles W. Redding, wherein the concept there are five values; supportiveness, participation in decision making, trust and reliability, openness, and high-performance goals.
