The Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model is a widely used framework for understanding how work conditions influence employee attitudes and retention-related outcomes. However, empirical evidence testing JD-R dynamics in classified technical work environments remains limited, particularly using longitudinal designs that account for structural constraints, nonrandom participation, and outcome-specific measurement challenges. Classified work is characterized by persistent demands, restricted flexibility, and security-driven limitations on available resources, raising questions about whether and how JD-R processes generalize to this context.

This thesis examines how environmental creators can effectively transmit conservation messages in the evolving Web 2.0 media environment. The case of Alveus Sanctuary, a virtual sanctuary and education center on Twitch.TV, is used to explore the strategies currently used to engage audiences and raise ecological awareness online. Thematic analysis of interviews with the sanctuary’s founder revealed that Alveus combines traditional environmental education with an influencer business model to engage online audiences, leveraging parasocial behavior, interactivity, and collaboration to garner support. This study explored how the transfer portal has transformed college football recruiting by disrupting traditional relationship-based practices and accelerating the shift toward a transactional performance-driven model. Drawing on Bourdieu’s concepts of habitus, field, and capital, the research examines how recruiting coordinators navigate evolving pressures around talent acquisition, NIL compensation, and compressed recruiting timelines. Findings from comprehensive interviews with five Power-4 recruiting personnel reveal that relationships are increasingly leveraged for short-term gain. This study aims to Analysis of the Economic Impacts of Climate Change and External Shocks on Tourism Demand in the Kurdistan Region for the Period (2007-2023), utilizing a rigorous econometric methodology that includes unit root tests, Granger causality, and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to verify long-term equilibrium relationships through the Bounds Test. The results revealed a “developmental paradox,” where tourism demand grows annually by 18.51% despite a steady rise in temperatures, a decline in rainfall by approximately 3.15 mm per year, and an increase in dust storms. Attainment of these and other benefits of FI is largely dependent and influenced by various factors and determinants. Analysing sample data of 26,930 responses from the Access to Financial Services in Nigeria (A2F) 2023 survey, this study examined the factors influencing FI using the Multiple Logistic Regression model. This study aims to analyze the impact of earnings volatility on the debt financing structure of Iraqi banks, using an analytical descriptive approach and financial data from a sample of private Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period (2017-2024). A multiple linear regression model was applied to examine the relationship, while controlling key variables (liquidity ratio and bank size). This study aims to shed light on the reality of government investment spending in Iraq by analyzing its indicators and estimating the government investment spending index and its impact on economic growth for the period 2004-2024, based on theoretical and applied frameworks. The study concluded that the contribution of investment spending to GDP was determined to be between (5.7%) and (69.6%), with an average rate of (17.75%), indicating government involvement in socio-economic fields. There is no financial approach worldwide that reduces the scope of public spending in favor of investment spending in a way that leads to increased economic growth.

"In the sections that follow, we develop theoretical scaffolding for our analysis. We begin by reviewing the literature on institutional work, focusing on how embedded actors engage in purposive actions to disrupt taken-for-granted norms. Next, we examine theoretically how influencers operate, setting the stage for understanding how deinfluencers leverage and subvert these roles. We then review scholarship on anti- consumption and consumer resistance, highlighting how deinfluencers depart from conventional activist modes by adopting culturally embedded, everyday practices.
