(R2164) The Nature Of The Big Bang Singularity In Inhomogeneous Szekeres Cosmological Frameworks, Ahmed M. Al-Haysah, Abdul-Majeed Al-Izeri
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
Without killing vector fields, the Szekeres metric is an explicit example of an anisotropic and inhomogeneous solution to the Einstein equations. The inhomogeneous Szekeres cosmological models (ISCM) within the Big Bang singularity (BBS) are obtained. This indicates that the Szekeres solution represents a more general class of exact solutions. It is known to exhibit axial symmetry. We investigate a Big Bang theory of the cosmos, which unexpectedly predicts that the universe started at the so-called BBS a finite length of time ago. A growing number of astrophysical researchers are using inhomogeneous extensions of the Friedmann-Lemaitre-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) solution and, by extension, …

Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
A theoretical investigation has been made of electron acoustic wave propagating in unmagnetized collisionless plasma consisting of a cold electron fluid and isothermal ions with two different temperatures obeying Boltzmann type distributions. Based on the pseudo-potential approach, large amplitude potential structures and the existence of Solitary waves are discussed. The reductive perturbation method has been employed to derive the Korteweg-de Vries equation for small but finite amplitude electrostatic waves. An algebraic method with computerized symbolic computation, which greatly exceeds the applicability of the existing tanh, extended tanh methods in obtaining a series of exact solutions of the KdV equation, is …

Dust-Acoustic Solitary Waves In Magnetized Dusty Plasma With Dust Opposite Polarity, S. A. El-Wakil, M. T. Attia, E. K. El-Shewy, S. K. Zaghbeer, H. G. Abdelwahed
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
The nonlinear propagation of small but finite amplitude dust-acoustic solitary waves (DAWs) in magnetized collision less dusty plasma has been investigated. The fluid model is a four component magnetized dusty plasma, consisting of positive and negative dust species, isothermal electrons and ions in the presence of an external magnetic field. A reductive perturbation method was employed to obtain the Zakharov Kuznetsov (ZK) equation for the first-order potential. The effects of the presence of positively charged dust fluid, the external magnetic field, and the obliqueness are obtained. The results of the present investigation may be applicable to some plasma environments, such …

Concomitants Of Upper Record Statistics For Bivariate Pseudo–Weibull Distribution, Muhammad Ahsanullah, Saman Shahbaz, Muhammad Qaiser Shahbaz, Muhammad Mohsin
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper the Bivariate Pseudo–Weibull distribution has been defined as a compound distribution of two random variables to model the failure rate of component reliability. The distribution of r–th concomitant and joint distribution of r–th and s–th concomitant of record statistics of the resulting distribution have been derived. Single and product moments alongside the correlation coefficient have also been obtained. Recurrence relation for the single moments has also been obtained for the resulting distributions.

Finite Element Analysis In Porous Media For Incompressible Flow Of Contamination From Nuclear Waste, Abbas Al-Bayati, Saad A. Manaa, Ekhlass S. Ahmed
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
A non-linear parabolic system is used to describe incompressible nuclear waste disposal contamination in porous media, in which both molecular diffusion and dispersion are considered. The Galerkin method is applied for the pressure equation. For the brine, radionuclide and heat, a kind of partial upwind finite element scheme is constructed. Examples are included to demonstrate certain aspects of the theory and illustrate the capabilities of the kind of partial upwind finite element approach.
