As we argue in a previous article, the labyrinthine worlds of Jorge Luis Borges are more than captivating narratives; they are portals to a deeper understanding of existence. By weaving elements of science-fiction fantasy with philosophical and ethical inquiries, Borges's short stories bridge the seemingly disparate realms of physics and the humanities, offering fertile ground for contemporary physics research. Uncertainty, vagueness, and ambiguity surround us in many real-life problems and, therefore, always remain under consideration for researchers to quantify them. This study proposed neutrosophic discrete probability distribution as a generalization of classical or existing probability distributions, named neutrosophic geometric distribution. Case studies presented in the paper will help understand the concept and application of the proposed distribution. In this article, we introduce a novel approach by presenting separate ratio and regression estimators in the context of neutrosophic stratified sampling for the very first time, incorporating auxiliary variables. We have conducted a thorough analysis to estimate these newly proposed estimators' bias and mean square error (MSE) up to the first-order approximation. Theoretically using efficiency comparison criteria, our findings demonstrate the superior performance of these estimators compared to traditional unbiased estimators. This paper presents novel concepts including stratified single-valued neutrosophic soft topogenous (stratified svns-topogenous), stratified single-valued neutrosophic soft filter (stratified svns-filter), stratified single-valued neutrosophic soft quasi uniformity (stratified svnsq-uniformity) and stratified single-valued neutrosophic soft quasi proximity (stratified svnsq-proximity). Additionally, we present the idea of single-valued neutrosophic soft topogenous structures, formed by integrating svns-topogenous with svns-filter, and discuss their properties. Classical row-column designs cannot be applied when the underlying data set contains some imprecise, uncertain, or undetermined observations. In this paper, we discuss row-column design under a neutrosophic statistical framework. A significant contribution of our study is to propose a novel approach to analyzing row-column designs using neutrosophic data. This approach involves calculating the neutrosophic analysis of variance (NANOVA) table for the proposed design and using it to derive the FN -test in an uncertain environment. Florentin Smarandache developed the neutrosophic set theory to study inconsistency, incomplete, and uncertainty information by using truth-membership, indeterminacy-membership, and falsity-membership functions. One of the main objectives of this chapter is to develop a new methodological approach of neutrosophic sets in multi-criteria decision-making problems. The presentation explores the possibility of an aether medium, also referred to as a virtual inertia/spin superfluid medium, existing to explain certain physical phenomena. While the concept of an aether has been historically rejected by mainstream physics, recent findings and interpretations offer potential justifications for its reconsideration. In this paper we present the possibility of partial collisions between unmatter with matter, and unmatter with antimatter, and two or more different types of unmatters colliding between themselves to create high energy. In general, the collisions between unmatter with matter, or with antimatter, or with other type of unmatter, because being partial, they release less energy than the matter-unmatter collision which is a total collision. But the unmatter may be easier to produce in laboratory than antimatter.

Interaction among light and water molecules have baffled scientists for many decades, and even centuries. In this regards, photons in the visible spectrum, where bulk water normally doesn't absorb light, can surprisingly cleave off large water clusters from the water-vapor interface, according to a recent study by Tu and Chen (2023). This discovery, termed the "photomolecular effect," opens exciting possibilities for not only revolutionizing renewable energy but also paving the way for a more integrated-ensemble approach to health management (cf. The article explores the shift from classical binary logic (true and false) to a more complex landscape of logical frameworks. It introduces logical pluralism, which suggests that no single, universally accepted system of logic exists. The paper connects this idea to neutrosophy, a framework that extends fuzzy logic by incorporating a third value: indeterminacy.
