Face Skin Detection And Color Transferring, Fangfang Chen, Zhongping Ji
Face Skin Detection And Color Transferring, Fangfang Chen, Zhongping Ji
Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: The reliable and accurate extraction of facial skin is a key and urgent problem for skin detection. This paper proposes a face alignment and GMM (Gaussian mixture model) to achieve face skin detection. We use the SCUT-FBP5500 face database, combined with SOM (self-organizing Maps) and K-means clustering method to cluster 9 pairs of facial features, and then use ResNet50 to predict face score. The color migration algorithm based on Lab space is used to migrate and edit the face color. The facts prove that the method has certain effect.

Single-Phase Grounding Fault Location In Wind Farm Based On Zero-Sequence Current, Yanyan Zheng, Yongli Zhu, Tongtong Liu, Shanshan Su
Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: The wind power system is different from the conventional transmission system, and its collecting line contains multi sections of cable. The collecting line of wind farm adopts overhead line-power cable hybrid transmission form, and its distance is about 3~20km. Wind farm 35kV neutral point grounding method is different from the conventional distribution network, and its neutral point adopts the winding grounding transformer. In hybrid transmission lines, due to the different velocities of traveling wave in power cable and overhead line, the traditional location algorithm for uniform transmission line is not suitable. A new method of single-phase to grounding fault …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: For free flight of future, it is necessary to continuously detect conflicts and plan safe flight paths. Through in-depth analysis of detection principle of TCAS, combined with the characteristics of ADS-B data, the target within the scope of ADS-B IN surveillance is classified and given a risk factor, and the TCAS function is implemented in the ADS-B IN simulation software. For complex conflict scenarios with multi-aircraft, by meshing the conflict region and discretizing the flight procedure, the genetic algorithm is then used to calculate the optimal conflict-free trajectory based on risk factors. Two common multi-aircraft conflict scenarios are …

By using the variable characteristic of cosine decreasing function with the increase of iteration times, the original global optimization ability of quantum particle swarm optimization is retained and its poor local optimization ability is overcome. And the simulation results show that the LADRC optimized …

Traditional fault tree is very convenient for describing the reliability model of the system, but for large and complex system, this will significantly increase the computation of reliability parameters, thus the calculation is difficult. Because it to calculate the reliability parameters of complex systems by the traditional fault tree, this paper adopts the method of combining the minimum cut set of fault tree and Monte Carlo method to establish the reliability model for Underwater Autonomous Unmanned Vehicle …

Implications Of The Modifiable Areal Unit Problem For Wildfire Analyses, Timothy P. Nagle-Mcnaughton, Xi Gong, Jose A. Constantine
Implications Of The Modifiable Areal Unit Problem For Wildfire Analyses, Timothy P. Nagle-Mcnaughton, Xi Gong, Jose A. Constantine
Geography and Environmental Studies Faculty Publications
Wildfires pose a danger to both ecologies and communities. To this end, many large-scale analyses of wildfire patterns and behavior rely on the aggregation of point data to polygons, typically those based on distinct disparate ecological areas. However, the sizes, shapes, andorientations of the polygons to which data are aggregated are not neutral factors in the resulting analysis. The influence of the aggregation polygons on calculated results is known as the modifiable areal unit problem (MAUP), which is well-documented in the spatial statistics literature. Despite the documentation of the MAUP, relatively few wildfire studies consider the effects of the MAUP …
Influencing Factors On The Velocity And Temperature Of Propagating Fronts In Acrylate Composites, Samuel Morris Bynum
Influencing Factors On The Velocity And Temperature Of Propagating Fronts In Acrylate Composites, Samuel Morris Bynum
LSU Doctoral Dissertations
Thermal frontal polymerization is a type of polymerization in which a localized reaction zone propagates through an unstirred system. It is incumbent upon the production and transport of heat produced as a result of the exothermic reaction associated with free-radical polymerization. First discovered in the 1970s, frontal polymerization has been since utilized to produce a variety of different materials, utilizing a variety of different chemistries. The temperature of the propagating front and the velocity at which it propagates can be influenced via chemical or physical means. We show that through careful selection of monomers and control of the concentration of …

The quality and timeliness of the data collected with these systems are crucial to effectively meeting these goals.
Methodology
Forty-eight EHDI programs, funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), …

Precise Mass Determination Of Spt-Cl J2106-5844, The Most Massive Cluster At Z > 1, Jinhyub Kim, M. James Jee, Saul Perlmutter, Brian Hayden, David Rubin, Xiaosheng Huang, Greg Aldering, Jongwan Ko
Physics and Astronomy
We present a detailed high-resolution weak-lensing study of SPT-CL J2106-5844 at z = 1.132, claimed to be the most massive system discovered at z > 1 in the South Pole Telescope Sunyaev–Zel'dovich survey. Based on the deep imaging data from the Advanced Camera for Surveys and Wide Field Camera 3 on board the Hubble Space Telescope, we find that the cluster mass distribution is asymmetric, composed of a main clump and a subclump ~640 kpc west thereof. The central clump is further resolved into two smaller northwestern and southeastern substructures separated by ~150 kpc. We show that this rather complex …
