Objective: To evaluate the simultaneous effect of dietary acidifier lauric and benzoic acids on immunohematological parameters and histopathological changes in O. niloticus.

Design: Randomized controlled study.

Animal Models: The experiment was performed on 120 juvenile Nile tilapia weighing (50 ± 6.14 g).

Procedures: Fish were divided into four experimental groups (30 fish/group): Control group received normal diet; Benzoic Acid group was supplemented with benzoic acid 1 g/kg diet); Lauric Acid group was supplemented with lauric acid (1 g/kg diet); combination group was supplemented with benzoic acid (1 g/kg diet) and lauric acid (1 g/kg diet).
