Background: India makes up more than 19% of the global Information Technology (IT) Market. The health and well-being of the population employed in this sector will affect their productivity at work and, in turn, the economic outcome. Changes in working models and altered work-life balance can lead to increased distress in IT Professionals, hence the current study.

Fatigue is a common problem in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Objective

The objective was to evaluate the effects on fatigue of having 4 weeks of

access to audio recordings of therapeutic hypnosis (HYP) and mindfulness meditation

(MM) practices.

Methods

A total of 333 individuals with MS and fatigue were randomly assigned to

one of the three treatment conditions for 28 weeks: (1) access to therapeutic HYP audio

Children with special health care needs (SHCN) are at a heightened risk of developing chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or cognitive conditions that significantly affect their oral and general health. These children often encounter significant barriers to receiving adequate dental care, which contributes to neglected oral health needs. Common challenges include increased risk of dental diseases due to medication use, oral hygiene difficulties, and dietary restrictions. Newer strategies aimed at overcoming these barriers include the use of dental social stories, desensitization techniques, and teledentistry.
