Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit kronis yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau keduanya. Diabetes melitus masih menjadi masalah di seluruh dunia terutama di negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan diabetes melitus pada wanita usia 20-25 tahun. Penggunaan kontrasepsi pria sangat rendah dibandingkan wanita di Indonesia, serta terdapat gap cukup jauh antara penggunaan kontrasepsi pria di Indonesia dengan beberapa negara di Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi promosi KB pria di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan k-means clustering menggunakan 4.453 responden SDKI 2017 mengenai penggunaan KB pria dengan 14 atribut. Anemia pada ibu hamil adalah kondisi di mana kadar Hb < 11 gr/dL. Prevalensi anemia di Indonesia cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 44%. Target penurunan anemia dapat dicapai melalui program suplementasi zat besi dan asam folat (program IFAS). Indonesia telah sejak 1975 merekomendasikan ibu hamil minum satu tablet IFA selama kehamilan minimal 90 hari hingga 42 hari pasca melahirkan. Hasil Riskesdas 2018, Ibu hamil yang mengonsumsi TTD ≥90 butir adalah sebesar 38,1%, sedangkan data mining.Penelitian ini memadukan metode PCA dan K-Means. Peneliti menggunakan data SDKI Wanita Usia Subur 2017. Data terdiri dari 8 atribut dan 12262 record. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu hasil final cluster metode PCA menghasilkan faktor 1 (Pendidikan, Status Ekonomi, dan Tempat Tinggal), faktor 2 (Konsumsi TTD dan Kunjungan ANC), faktor 3 (Pemeriksa Hamil: Non-Nakes). Hasil metode K-Means terbentuk dua klaster dan ketiga atribut baru terdapat signifikansi.

This paper analyzes the changes in mobility trends due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore in the six different sectors: Retail and Recreation, Grocery and Pharmacy, Parks, Transit Stations, Workplaces and Residential. The period of observation is from 15 February 2020 to 18 August 2021. The observed patterns obtained from the descriptive data analysis sheds light on the effectiveness of social distancing measures in Singapore as well as the level of compliance among the country’s residents. Introduction: Persistent symptoms have been observed in a substantial proportion of survivors of COVID-19 since relatively early in the pandemic. Among these post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC), respiratory symptoms appear to be the most prevalent.

Methods: We conducted a literature review of peer-reviewed publications in English on the clinical and epidemiological features of respiratory PASC in cohorts of 100 or more patients with a follow-up of four weeks or more after acute infection. Included studies reported the prevalence of persistent respiratory symptoms and/or the results of follow-up pulmonary function tests.

Background: Response to the COVID-19 pandemic has required innovative approaches to vaccination, including methods to rapidly and safely immunize communities. A major challenge to such a response involved access to untapped healthcare worker resources. The Louisville, Kentucky, response involved the use of a large volunteer workforce to supplement local public health employees in planning and implementing a large-scale drive-through vaccination event. Imbalance in tryptophan (TRP) metabolism and its neuroactive metabolites, serotonin and kynurenine (KYN), is a known pathogenic mechanism underlying neurocognitive impairment. Gut microbiota plays an important role in TRP metabolism, and the production of these neuroactive molecules affects neurocognitive function. Although both HIV infection and normal aging independently induce gut dysbiosis and influence TRP metabolism, their interactive effects on compositional/functional changes in gut microbiota and consequent alterations in TRP metabolites remain largely undetermined.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, laboratories experienced periods of shortages for certain critical materials required to meet the high demand for SARS-CoV-2 testing. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration provided a template for molecular diagnostic testing, including guidance for a specimen pooling process in order to evaluate performance of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid amplification assay. This study aimed to evaluate the testing of pooled specimens consisting of four nasopharyngeal swab specimens using the Luminex ARIES^® nucleic acid amplification platform. This paper presents a concept and an idea of a non-invasive monitoring system for human hygiene using vibration sensors. The approach is based on a combination of geophone sensor, a digitizer, and a cost-efficient computer board in a Raspberry Shake enclosure. Kekurangan gizi pada balita dapat menyebabkan kematian hal ini dikarenakan balita lebih rentan terinfeksi penyakit. Adapun penyebab tidak langsung gizi kurang yaitu ketahanan pangan di keluarga, pola pengasuhan anak, pelayanan kesehatan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Pada tahun 2018 prevalensi gizi kurang balita di Provinsi Banten sebesar 12,6%. Di kota tangerang sendiri terdapat 5.555 kasus atau 5,99% kejadian kasus gizi kurang pada balita pada tahun 2019. Ketepatan proses pengelolaan data Sistem Informasi Puskesmas di tingkat Dinas Kesehatan sangat menentukan dalam menghasilkan informasi berkualitas yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan di pusat atau jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran manajemen pengelolaan data Sistem Informasi Puskesmas di tingkat Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Pentingnya tujuan tersebut menjadi dasar aturan bahwa setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan berkewajiban dalam menyelenggarakan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) demi membantu tercapainya sasaran pembangunan kesehatan.
