Kabupaten Banyumas sebagai wilayah dengan jumlah kasus TB tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah mengalami penurunan angka pelaporan kasus TB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran dan kesesuaian pelaksanaan surveilans TB dari segi input, proses, dan output di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas berdasarkan pedoman yang ada. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 2 orang yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular tanpa gejala dengan kematian tertinggi yang mulai berkembang pada remaja. Studi CDC menunjukkan 1 dari 25 remaja usia 12 hingga 19 tahun menderita Hipertensi. Sementara di Indonesia, terdapat 34,11% dengan usia di atas 18 tahun terdiagnosis hipertensi oleh dokter. Pada tingkat lebih kecil, dalam penelitian di kota Depok ditemukan 57,1% kasus hipertensi pada remaja di usia 12-25 tahun. Prenatal care is an important preventive service designed to improve the health of pregnant patients and their infants. Prenatal care delivery recommendations have remained unchanged since 1930, when the 12-14 in-person visit schedule was first established to detect preeclampsia. In 2020, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, in collaboration with the University of Michigan, convened a panel of maternity care experts to determine new prenatal care delivery recommendations. Patient portals allow patients to access their EHRs, communicate with their healthcare providers, and access patient education materials. This study examines how online vaccine information seeking is related to vaccination intention in the United States and China during the initial stage of their coronavirus disease 2019 vaccination programs. Analysis of the pooled sample showed a positive relationship between online vaccine information seeking and vaccination intention. There was also a negative indirect effect via perceived information overload, vaccine risk perception, and negative affective response. Multigroup analysis revealed differences between the United States and China. Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) syndrome has a mortality rate of 30 to 60%. A 15-year-old male patient presented with a seven-day abdominal pain, vomiting, non-dysenteric diarrhea, conjunctival injection, and fever. Chest radiography revealed bilateral interstitial infiltrates predominating in the lower left lobe. The patient’s condition worsened within hours, with the development of massive hemoptysis, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), arterial hypotension, and hematocrit decline requiring mechanical ventilation. A chest computed tomography (CT) showed ground-glass opacities with consolidation areas in lower lobes, diffuse tree-in-bud opacities, and centrilobular nodules. Debate about the adoption of digital contact tracing (DCT) apps to control the spread of COVID-19 has focussed on risks to individual privacy. This emphasis reveals significant challenges to ethical deployment of DCT, but generates constraints which undermine justification to implement DCT. It would be a mistake to view this result solely as the successful operation of ethical foresight analysis, preventing deployment of potentially harmful technology. Privacy-centric analysis treats data as private property, frames the relationship between individuals and governments as adversarial, entrenches technology platforms as gatekeepers, and supports a conception of emergency public health authority as limited by individual …

Background: The remote delivery and monitoring of individually-tailored exercise programs using voice-controlled intelligent personal assistants (VIPAs) that support conversation-based interactions may be an acceptable alternative model of digital health delivery for older adults. The aim of this study was to evaluate the enablers and barriers for older adults participating in a home-based exercise program delivered and monitored by VIPAs.
