If you asked the 7.8 billion people who were alive during covid about their experience during isolation, you would hear 7.8 billion different stories because every single person experienced something new . Everyone was subject to their own homes and had to deal with whatever their family situation was like. For me personally, my family was pretty fortunate to have no deaths due to covid, however, the rollercoaster of emotions that the time period had put us all on is indescribable.

Many aspects of our daily lives were thrown into disarray because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even until January 2023, no one knew what true, long-term consequences it would have. The aim of this paper is to explore what we have learned during the COVID-19 pandemic in the field of Physical Education in three different countries: Argentina, Spain and Sweden.
