Bachelors’ Theses

Without the aid of a microscope, Bichat in 1800 studied tissues of various parts of the body, and, even though he did not make any cellular sketches, his work laid the foundation for histology. Cajal (1906) cleared up the complicated relations of the tissues together with a complete investigation of the nervous system.
