Introduction: Vitiligo is an autoimmune skin condition that causes white patches due to loss of pigment-producing cells. This condition often significantly affects the self-esteem and emotional well-being of the affected person, requiring a holistic approach for treatment of such conditions. Case Summary: An 8-year-old girl was brought in with pale, depigmented patches on her genital area. Based on clinical presentation, a diagnosis of vitiligo was made. She underwent individualised homoeopathic treatment and was followed over for a period of seven months. Introduction: Verruca vulgaris, widely recognised as warts, are benign epithelial growths with an exophytic nature, typically resulting from infection with the human papillomavirus (HPV). A general cutaneous ailment that can range in severity from a minor annoyance that resolves itself unexpectedly into a long-lasting condition. Homoeopathy aims to concentrate on the fundamental cause of the inherent susceptibility and tendency towards HPV infections by diminishing the size and occurrence of warts and enhancing the body's immune response, thereby minimising the risk of recurrence. Background: Alopecia areata (AA) is an autoimmune disease characterised by hair loss in patches from one or more areas of skin. While it can affect the scalp, it may occur in other parts of the body as well. No age group is predominantly affected. Introduction: Tinea cruris, also commonly known as jock itch, is a skin infection caused by dermatophytes which are pathogenic fungi affecting genital, pubic, perineal and perianal areas. Tinea cruris more commonly affects men and affects adults more than children. Conventional management involves the use of topical antifungal agents and oral therapy in extensive cases.
