Introduction: Subdural hygroma (SDH) is a collection of cerebrospinal fluid in the subdural space which may be idiopathic, traumatic or post-surgical occurring mostly in elderly patients. Case Summary: A 42-year-old female reported an acute complaint of compressing headache. The headache persisted even after initial prescriptions of Ruta graveolens 30C and 200C, which did not alleviate the condition.
