Introduction: Hypothyroidism is a hypo-metabolic state resulting from inadequate secretion of thyroid hormones. It is the second most common endocrine disorder among women and a leading cause of menstrual abnormalities in all age groups, thereby affecting reproductive functions in females. Levothyroxine is the standard lifelong mode of treatment in conventional medicine. Case Summary: A 35-year-old hypothyroid female presented with menstrual irregularities. Introduction: Erythrodermic psoriasis (EP) is a rare and severe variant of psoriasis, with an estimated prevalence among psoriatic patients ranging from 1% to 2.25%. It presents as erythema, oedema, pruritus, ill-defined psoriatic plaques, scaling, hair loss and occasionally exudative lesions and palmoplantar diffuse desquamation with nail changes ranging from mild pitting to severe onychodystrophy, more commonly involving the fingernails than the toenails. Background: The parasitic fungus Cordyceps sinensis (Ophiocordyceps sinensis) has been discovered in lepidopteran larvae, having known antitumor effects. Testing potentized Cordyceps sinensis in cancer cells could help broaden Homoeopathy cancer therapeutics.

Objectives: The objectives of the study were to evaluate the antioxidant and cytotoxicity activity of potentized preparation of Cordyceps sinensis in carcinoma cell-lines.

Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a significant health problem impacting health related quality of life.

Objectives: This study assesses the efficacy of individualised homoeopathy (IH) in LM potency in CRS.

Methods: A randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled trial on patients with CRS was undertaken at four institutes, from July 2012 to December 2013. Eligible participants were randomised to IH in LM-potencies (n = 60) or a similar placebo (n = 60). There is a debate on the merits of modern vaccination in relation to Hahnemann’s position regarding this practice in his time. The authors of a recent Letter to the Editor argue that Hahnemann was in favour of vaccination and that we need to assess vaccination objectively. I agree with both of these positions, but disagree as to the details regarding what is meant by these two conclusions.
