A Nested Case-Control Study Of Lung Cancer And Central Nervous System Neoplasms Among Chemical Workers, Fabio Barbone

This case-control study evaluates the relation between lung cancer and central nervous system neoplasms (CNSN) and employment at a dye and resin manufacturing plant. The study includes 51 lung cancer and 11 CNSN cases who were members of a cohort previously examined in a retrospective follow-up study. Two and four controls were selected for each lung cancer and CNSN case, respectively, from among cohort members who had the same year of birth as the case and who were under observation on the date of death or diagnosis of the case.
