Lack of community participation in the utilization of Posyandu is one of the problems that hamper the implementation of health services through Posyandu. This article will describe a case of end-stage cancer with persistent elevation of leukocyte, neutrophil, and procalcitonin with no evidence of infection. A 45-year-old female presented with abdominal distension for three months prior to hospital admission.
