The difference of cost negative in the case of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), indicate health financing gap between of hospital rates and INA-CBG’s rates. This study aimed to see the difference between the cost recovery rate (CRR) of hospital rates and INA-CBG’s rates for CAD with PCI at A Hospital. Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah diimplementasikan di Indonesia pada 1 Januari 2014. Hal tersebut membawa beberapa perubahan pada aspek manajerial pada pusat kesehatan masyarakat (puskesmas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari kebijakan JKN terhadap implementasi program promosi kesehatan di puskesmas di Kota Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan pada Februari – Maret 2016. Dampak program dilihat dalam hal kebijakan, pendanaan, fasilitas, sumber daya manusia dan pelaksanaan program promosi kesehatan. Perilaku mencuci tangan dengan sabun di Indonesia masih menjadi masalah. Penyebabnya dikaitkan dengan kurangnya kesadaran dalam mencuci tangan pakai sabun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan komunitas sekolah terhadap penerapan mencuci tangan di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, Kabupaten Bandung. Supervision is a form supervisory that aim to improve the staf performance through a systematic process in the provision of motivation, communication and guidance. This study used an observational design with cross sectional approach using stratified random sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the function of head room supervision with the compliance of nurses in performing SOP patient identification. The result of this research using Chi Square test to prove there is a significant correlation between motivation, communication and guidance to compliance of nurses in implementating SOP of patient identification (p value < α). The conclusion of this study is that the functions of the supervision of head room had a substantial role to improve the nurse complaince in conducting the patient identification based on the SOP.

Total Fertility Rate Sumatera Utara (3,0) lebih tinggi dibandingkan nasional (2,6); dan prevalensi kontrasepsi (55,9 %) lebih rendah dibandingkan nasional (61,9%). Schoolchildren are assets for the development of the nation. Therefore, healthy meals at schools are very important, because for them, it covers about 25-36% of the daily energy requirements. Unhealthy eating habits or consumption of nutrition deficient meals may cause stunting, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis. In the short term it may also cause dental caries, anemia, overweight children and obesity. Around 40-44% of meals at schools do not satisfy the food safety requirements. Papuloerythroderma (PE) is a rare skin disease which was first described by Ofuji et al. in 1984, with a typical sign that the lesions spare the large cutaneous folds, known as the deck chair sign. Narrow-band UVB (NBUVB) phototherapy has been one of the standard treatments for its moderate to severe form.
