Herpes zoster is often associated with neurological manifestation but less frequently associated with motoric nerve involvement. The most common motoric involvement is paresis, seen only in 1-5% of all zoster cases. This case report a 39-year-old male, with recurrent abdominal liposarcoma under chemotherapy, presented with symptoms of fever, and painful and weak right leg for 2 weeks. Vesicles eruption was seen on his right leg nine days after these symptoms occurred. Physical examination revealed groups of haemorrhagic vesicles with erythematous base on the right lower leg. Lentigo maligna (LM) is a subtype of melanoma in situ, which can evolve into lentigo maligna melanoma (LMM) if treated inadequately. LM and LMM are usually found on chronically sun damaged skin such as the face (cheek and nose) of the elderly on seventh or eight decades. Clinical manifestation of LM may be quite subtle, so early diagnosis is difficult to perform.The treatment of LM and LMM are challenging due to ill-defined clinical margin, predilection on the face with great size, and preponderance of the elderly, which are potential for recurrency and progressiveness from LM into LMM.

TB merupakan tantangan bagi pengendalian Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) karena merupakan infeksi oportunistik terbanyak pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). TB dapat meningkatkan progresivitas HIV dan meningkatkan risiko kematian bagi penderita HIV. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prediktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB pada ODHA di salah satu RS tahun 2014-2016. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan data register ART dan Rekam Medis. Sampel berjumlah 817 pasien HIV. This study aims to map the incidence of readmission in JKN participants admitted to thirteen partner hospitals of BPJS-Health in Sukabumi. The research design is a descriptive study with the unit of analysis is patient. Stigma terhadap ODHA menjadi salah satu hambatan paling besar dalam pencegahan, perawatan, pengobatan, dan dukungan HIV/AIDS. Pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS mempengaruhi terjadinya stigma terhadap ODHA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dengan stigma terhadap ODHA di kalangan remaja usia 15-19 tahun di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) Tahun 2012 dengan disain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 8.316 orang. Hasil studi menunjukkan 71,63% remaja mempunyai stigma terhadap ODHA, 49,10% remaja mempunyai pengetahuan yang kurang tentang HIV. Kematian bayi didefinisikan sebagai kematian yang terjadi pada tahun pertama kehidupan. Angka kematian bayi di Indonesia dan Kamboja sendiri masih berada diatas AKB Asia Tenggara, sedangkan Filipina sudah sama dengan AKB Asia Tenggara. Jarak kelahiran merupakan salah satu faktor yang memegang peran penting pada kematian bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak kelahiran terhadap kematian bayi di Indonesia, Filipina dan Kamboja. Penelitian menggunakan data dari Demographic Health Survey (DHS). Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan sampel pada masing-masing negara berjumlah 10.162, 4.741 dan 4.330 bayi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, jarak kelahiran < 18 bulan memiliki risiko paling besar terhadap kematian bayi di Indonesia (OR = 2,43: 95% CI 1,26 - 4,70), Kamboja (OR = 4,39: 95% CI 1,76 - 10,94) dibandingkan jarak kelahiran 18 - 23 bulan, 24 - 35 bulan dan > 36 bulan. This study is seeking the impact of structure and process as the quality aspect according to Donabedian's theory that affecting to the Net Death Rate (NDR) Stroke disease. Selected data source are Stroke patients, consisting of Intracerebral Haemorrhage and Cerebral Infarction at Dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan Hospital in the year 2014.
