Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease caused by gluten. This retrospective cross-sectional study with descriptive and analytical aims was conducted over three years, from 2018 to 2021. The participants were 280 patients diagnosed with celiac disease registered in the Gluten Intolerant and Allergic Association of the North in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. Among these challenges is understanding how climate-related aspects impact the survival of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and rainfall, and the spread of COVID-19 cases in different regions. A time-and-place-based ecological study design was adopted, integrating geographic information systems and statistical techniques.
