The endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach is a minimal-invasive technique for managing craniopharyngiomas. The aim of this study is evaluation of endoscopic endonasal trans-sphenoidal approach in management of craniopharyngioma as regard the indications, operative difficulties, post-operative complications and outcomes.
