The objectives of this research were to study time interval of fertilization and NPK compound fertilizer for growth and high yield of job’s tears. This experiment was conducted from February to July 2013 at Station Farm Ciparanje, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjajaran, Jatinangor, Sumedang. Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan persentase naungan dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman anggrek Phalaenopsis hasil persilangan kultivar Sayukudion x Taida Snow. Dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Sumedang, dengan ketinggian tempat 700 meter dpl, pada bulan Oktober 2011 sampai Januari 2012. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh jarak tanam dan dosis pupuk organik kandang domba yang memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung Hibrida P-12. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Ciparanje, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang, dengan ketinggian tempat ±750 meter di atas permukaan laut, dari bulan Maret sampai Juli 2013. Evaluation on stability and adaptability of hybrids was an important step to select superior hybrids in any breeding program. A series of experiment was conducted in three location for two different season in East Java, Indonesia to evaluate stability and adaptability of fifhteen DR Unpad hybrids and to determine their GxE interaction. Fifteen hybrids and four check-cultivar were arranged and planted in a randomized complete block design with three replications.
