In this study, Sephadex G-50 and CM Sepharose Fast Flow were used to purify the spermatozoa of Takifugu obscurus. Identification of protamine by arginine color reaction. The effects of protamine on the minimum inhibitory concentration, inhibition zone diameter and growth curve of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella were determined. The results showed that: The spermatozoa of Takifugu obscurus had an absorption peak at 217 and 273 nm, respectively, and the absorption peak at 217 nm was higher. Pepsin and trypsin complex enzymes were used for biomimetic enzymatic hydrolysis of Eupolyphaga steleophaga. In order to obtain the most active fibrinolytic activity of the soil aphid active peptide component F2, the product was subjected to desalting, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, DA201-C macroporous adsorption resin, dextran gel G-25 chromatography, reverse high performance liquid chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The synergistic effects were observed on inhibiting alpha-glucosidase activity between Dendrobium and Pueraria thomsonii form self-made chewable tablets by taking the acarbose as control. Drosophila melanogaster was used as experimental animal, and the model of Ⅱ diabetic Drosophila melanogaster was prepared by high glucose and high fat feeding. Taking the euglena as the raw material, the extraction of euglena polysaccharide by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic method and the optimal extraction conditions were studied, from the ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, enzymolysis time, and enzyme concentration by response surface analysis(RSA) based on single factor tests. The results showed that the optimal process parameters were: ultrasonic power 360 W, ultrasonic time 19 min, neutral protease addition 3.7%, enzymatic hydrolysis time 3.5 h. Under the conditions, the yield of euglena polysaccharide reached 3.68%. In this study, H. pluvialis was applied into bread to study its effect on baking quality. The results showed that the addition of H. pluvialis increased redness and yellowness of bread, and decreased the brightness. The specific volume of bread decreased slightly, but the moisture content did not change a lot with the addition of H. pluvialis. Within the content range studied, the hardness, stickiness and chewiness of bread increased gradually with increasing H. pluvialis, while the elasticity, resilience and cohesion did not change significantly. In order to broaden the application of lily flour, wheat powder substituted with lily flour was applied in bread to improve nutrient value. The effects of wheat flour substitution with lily powder (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%) on the microstruc-ture, pasting properties and rheological properties of dough and the quality of bread were investigated. The results showed that the water holding capacity increased significantly (P<0.05) as the percentage of lily powder increased, while oil holding capacity first decreased and then increased. In order to understand the effect of different pretreatments on the hot air drying characteristics and quality of red rose, four different pretreatment methods ,i.e. impregnated 5% citric acid solution, 20% sugar solution, 20% NaCl and citric acid mixed solution and blanching, the pretreated petals were used as the control, to conduct comparative experiments and analysis of hot air drying. Taking the Prunus mira nut as raw material, the oil and protein of were synchronous extracted by aqueous extraction method combined with enzymatic demulsification, the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal tests based on single factor experiment. The main physicochemical indexes of Prunus mira nut oil were determined, and the fatty acid compositions were analyzed by GC. Based on the single factors, the response surface tests were used to optimize the process conditions of low-sugar yeast fermentation of the purple sweet potato to prepare high antioxidant activity powder, and the changes of total flavonoids, total phenols, anthocyanins and antioxidant capacity before and after fermentation were investigated. The optimum fermented conditions were determined as follows: 0.95% yeast addition, 10:22 (g/mL) ratio of feed to liquid, fermentation at 23 ℃ for 16 h. In order to realize the accurate description of the extraction process of continuous countercurrent extraction (CCE) for Astragalus polysaccharides, a mathematical model of diffusion and backmixing was established and solved. The two-phase solute distribution in the single-flow continuous countercurrent extractor was described. The scale for describing the pilot scale was established. The diffusion back-mixing numerical model of the two-phase solute distribution in the extractor was tested by multi-effect simulation CCE of Astragalus polysaccharides. Through the analysis of the total content of heavy metal nickel in soil, pesticide, fertilizer, farmyard manure and atmospheric dust samples, the exogenous input pathway of heavy metal nickel in jujube in typical areas was determined. ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) was used to analyze the content of heavy metal nickel in the samples. The results showed that the tested soil and fertilizer samples contained heavy metal nickel in the range of 17.194~67.279 and 0.450~26.800 mg/kg, respectively. She sampling survey was used to sample the cultured P. clarkii and the environment from the freshwater shrimp breeding base in Hunan province. Tested the Pb content and performed statistical analysis on the relevant data. The results showed that the Pb content in shrimp, culture water and bottom sediment was Yiyang>Yueyang>Changde city in Hunan province. Among them, Yiyang city had the highest Pb over-standard rate, which was 63%. A mathematical model was established to characterize the freeze concentration process based on the volume increase of materials, which was correlated with the crystallinity of the solution. The relationship between the height of liquid column and the solute concentration was measured on a multi-pass freeze concentrator. The results were compared with the model prediction and were used for model modification and the goodness of fit was high. The crystallization rate error was within 5%.

In view of the morphological and structural characteristics of brown rice, use the non-contact laser scanning technology to acquire original point cloud on brown rice surface in the multi-section circular scanning way. The Poisson reconstruction algorithm is used to reconstruct the smoothed point cloud with normal information to obtain the ideal three-dimensional model of brown rice surface. The results show that the reconstructed brown rice model has smooth surface, clear outline, and obvious details such as rice ditch and germ, which can provide an effective digital model for the later improvement of rice processing technology.

With grass carp fish oil as core material, soybean protein isolate and chitosan as composite wall material, fish oil microcapsules were prepared by ultrasonic assisted homogenization and spray drying. In order to determine the release performance of core materials under different storage temperature, relative humidity and light intensity, the release kinetics of microcapsules under different storage conditions were investigated. The results indicated that release kinetic equations were significant and credible, with R2 greater than 0.97. N-{N-[3-methyl-3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) butyl]-α-L-aspartyl}-L-phenylalanine methyl ester is a new sweetener of neotame analogues. In this paper, to synthesize this sweetener, designed the strategy to obtain the key intermediate 3-methyl-3-(3,3- methylenedioxyphenyl) butyraldehyde. Use 3,4-methylenedioxybenzenboronic acid and 3,3-dimethylacrylic acid as starting material through Heck reaction, esterification and DIBAL-H reduction to get the intermediate successfully. Then the target sweetener was synthesized by the reductive amination of 3-methyl-3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) butyraldehyde with aspartame, which was catalyzed by palladium/carbon under the hydrogen atmosphere. In this study, the static adsorption behavior and desorption effects of 9 kinds of macroporous resins on natamycin were investigated. The static adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption process of the resins were discussed. The in-situ adsorption effects of the macroporous resins on natamycin were also studied in Streptomyces natalensis HW-2 fermentation broth. The results showed that the adsorption and desorption effects of HPD300 and HPD450 resins on natamycin were better, the adsorption rates were 83.47% and 96.14%, respectively. Based on the traditional experience of liquor-receiving according to liquor hop, Computer vision is used instead of human eyes, the video images of liquor-receiving is captured by CCD, and the images of hops with different liquor degrees are preprocessed by histogram equalization and image corrosion to eliminate the influence of high light noise. Then hops contour is compared with different edge detection algorithms. Besides, the combination of OTSU algorithm and Canny edge detection algorithm can better realize the segmentation of hops and background, and clear edge contour is extracted. Fresh cattle longissimus dorsi muscle was heated at 110, 115 and 121 ℃ for 5, 10, 15, 20 min respectively. The effects of high temperature on fatty acid composition and fat oxidation in cattle longissimus dorsi muscle were researched by gas chromatography. The results showed that: at 121 ℃, the oxidation rate of intramuscular fat was significantly higher than that at 110 ℃ and 115 ℃ (P<0.05); the content of saturated fatty acid (SFA) increased significantly (P<0.05), and the content of unsaturated fatty acid (UFA) decreased (P<0.05); SFA was not significantly affected by high temperature treatment temperature (110, 115 ℃) (P>0.05), and was significantly affected by treatment time (P<0.05), while heat treatment temperature and time had significant effects on UFA content (P<0.05); the content of short chain and medium chain fatty acids increased due to the fracture and degradation of long chain saturated fatty acids.

The effect of damaged starch (DS) content on dough rheological properties of fermentation and steamed bread quality were studied by using medium gluten flour and high gluten flour as raw materials. The results showed that the rheological index of fermentation, specific volume, whiteness and sensory scores of steamed bread first increased and then decreased with the increasing DS content. A method for rapid determination of pentachlorophenol in fishery water was established by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The concentrated gold colloid was prepared to use as Raman substrate according to the classic method, and the optimal SERS enhancement effects were obtained by adjusting the pH of the system, optimizing the coagulants, nanoparticles volume and adsorption time. The method had a good linearity between the peak intensity and the pentachlorophenol concentration in the range of 0.2~4.0 μg/mL, and the detection limit was 0.5 μg/mL.
