The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of microwave on the localization of ascorbic acid in the rat adrenal gland. We studies on 21 male Spraque-Dawley rast (220-250 g), aged 2.5 month. The animals were divided into three different groups. First group was taken on control (n:7). The second group (n:7) 9450 MHz, 2.65 mW/cm 2 was applied for one hour a day for 13 days, while in the third group (n:7) this application continued for 52 days.
