From the serial studies of the Braconidae fauna of Turkey, the subfamily Doryctinae was treated. Adult specimens were collected from various habitats of Turkey between 1979 and 2013. In total, 58 species belonging 25 genera were reported for the studied region, among which 52 species were recorded for the first time from Turkey. This study aimed to identify the ground ensign scale insects in 5 provinces (Ağrı, Bitlis, Hakkari, Iğdır, and Van) in eastern Anatolia, Turkey. In order to achieve this goal, Ortheziidae species were collected from natural and cultivated plants in the 5 provinces listed above between 2005 and 2008. A total of 3 species were found, among them 2 species (Orthezia maroccana Kozár & Konczné Benedicty and Orthezia yashushii Kuwana) that are new records for the Turkish scale insect fauna.

In order to study the fauna of Rogadinae (Hym., Braconidae) of Turkey, adult specimens were collected from different habitats of the provinces of Ardahan, Erzurum, Iğdır, Kars, and Muş (partially) in the northeastern Anatolian region of Turkey between 2011 and 2014. Specimens were collected from a total of 115 localities. All specimens were obtained from natural vegetation or agricultural areas by using either a sweeping net, Malaise traps, or light traps. The fauna of the subfamily Scymninae (Coccinellidae: Coleoptera) of Gilgit-Baltistan was explored and studied. This study confirmed the occurrence of 4 species in 2 genera of Scymninae. These include 2 species in genus Scymnus (S. Posticalis Sicard, 1913 and S. Nubilus Mulstant, 1850), and 2 species in genus Stethorus (Stethorus gilvifrons (Mulstant, 1850) and S. Pauperculus (Weise, 1895)). Among these 4 species, S. Posticalis Sicard is reported here as a new record from the study area. Two New Records Of Fruit Flies (Diptera: Tephritidae) For The Fauna Ofaksaray And Mersin Provinces, Mehmet Yaran, Murat Kütük

This study was based on fruit flies collected from Aksaray and Mersin provinces in spring and summer of 2012-2013. During the study, samples were collected from host plants randomly or systematically by using an insect net. In the study, 62 species belonging to 21 genera from 5 subfamilies have been determined, and Dioxyna sororcula and Terellia ivannikovi have been recorded for the first time in Turkey. In addition, adult figures of new records and wing figures of all species are given.

The present study was carried out to determine the occurrence and distribution of the kleptoparasitic bee genus Sphecodes Latreille (Hymenoptera: Halictidae) of Turkey. The material comprises samples collected from various parts of Turkey since the 1960s and certain private collections in Europe. The examination of the material and an overview of the published sources allowed us to reach the conclusion that Sphecodes of Turkey is represented by 33 species. In this study, 5 parasitic wasp species (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Agathidinae) belonging to 2 genera are recorded from Diyarbakır, Mardin, and Şanlıurfa provinces in the Southeast Anatolia Region of Turkey. All are new records for the Southeast Anatolia Region; that of Agathis persephone Nixon, 1986 is a new record for Turkey and its second distribution record in the world.

Amblyseius bryophilus Karg (Acari: Phytoseiidae) is recorded for the first time for the Turkish fauna. The specimens were collected on bean plants infested with Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetranychidae) in Ayder plateau, Rize Province, Turkey. In this paper, the redescription of A. bryophilus based on the collected adult females and a key to the Turkish Amblyseius species are given.

The examination of specimens collected from various parts of Turkey, mainly from East Anatolia, and an overview of the literature allows us to reach the conclusion that the Melittidae of Turkey are represented by 3 genera, Dasypoda (14 species), Macropis (2 species), and Melitta (9 species), with a total of 25 species including Dasypoda toroki Michez, 2004, a new record for the Turkish fauna. This study is based on material of the family Scutelleridae collected from different localities in Turkey between 1969 and 2013. In this study, 13 species of 7 genera belonging to 4 subfamilies (Eurygasterinae, Elvisurinae, Odontoscelinae, Odontotarsinae) from the family Scutelleridae were recorded from Turkey. Among them, Eurygaster integriceps Puton, 1881; Eurygaster maura (Linnaeus, 1758); and Odontotarsus purpureolineatus (Rossi, 1790) have been found to be the most abundant and widespread species. Phimodera flori Fieber, 1863 is a new record for the Turkish fauna. In addition, new localities were found for some species that have already been reported in Turkey.

The study resulted in the recording for the Turkish fauna of 28 species of 6 genera belonging to 3 subfamilies (Attageninae, Dermestinae, Megatominae) within the family Dermestidae. This study is based on the fruit fly (Diptera: Tephritidae) materials collected from Adıyaman, Kilis, and Şanlıurfa provinces during 2009 and 2010. Specimens were collected from host plants using an insect net. During this study, 42 species belonging to 13 genera from 3 subfamilies were determined in this region. Urophora tenuis Becker, 1908 is recorded for the first time from Turkey. In addition, zoogeographic distribution and wing figures of all species are given.

In this study, Agathidinae (Braconidae: Hymenoptera) fauna of the Elazığ, Erzincan, Malatya, and Tunceli provinces of the Eastern Anatolia Region was investigated during the years 2007 and 2008. During the study period, 17 species were identified belonging to the genera Agathis Latreille, 1804; Bassus Fabricius, 1804; and Disophrys Förster, 1862. Two species were recorded from Turkey for the first time: Agathis tatarica Telenga, 1933 and Bassus tegularis (Thomson, 1895). All of these species are new to the fauna of the 4 provinces of the Eastern Anatolia Region.

This study was carried out in order to determine the species of the subfamilies Homolobinae, Macrocentrinae, Meteorinae, and Orgilinae in southeastern Anatolia, Turkey. Malaise and light traps and sweeping nets were used to obtain adult specimens from various habitats in the study area during 2010 and 2011. This study was carried out in order to determine species of the subfamily Opiinae in Turkey. The collected materials from new localities were identified, and faunistic records of 63 species belonging to 3 genera of Opiinae were given. Ten of these species are reported as new to Turkey. The presented article covers synonyms, zoogeographical region'(s), hosts, host plants of host species, and parasitoid data for the species.

The oligochaete fauna of freshwater reservoirs and rivers in North Pribaikalye was investigated for the first time. In total, 38 oligochaete species were collected. Of these, 16 species belong to the subfamily Naidinae, 6 to Pristininae, and 10 to the 3 subfamilies of Tubificidae. In addition, 5 species belonging to Enchytraeidae and 1 widespread species belonging to the family Lumbriculidae, Lumbriculus variegatus, were collected.

The Orthoptera and Mantodea fauna of Kazdağı National Park (Balıkesir) were investigated. Field studies were conducted between 2004 and 2005. During this study, 34 species of Orthoptera (16 Tettigoniidae, 1 Oecanthidae, 2 Pamphagidae, 1 Tetrigidae, and 14 Acrididae) and 3 species of Mantodea were investigated. This study is based upon material of family Pompilidae collected from different localities in Turkey between 2000 and 2009; the other related studies on the Pompilidae in Turkey were reviewed. Dicyrtomellus kizilkumii (Radoszkowski, 1877) is a new record for Turkish fauna. The authors present also an updated checklist of the Pompilidae fauna of Turkey. Including the new taxon determined in this study a total of 200 species and 5 subspecies from 35 genera of the family Pompilidae were recorded from Turkey to date. Scolytinae (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) species and their host plants of coniferous forests of the Mediterranean region of Western Turkey were determined between 2006 and 2008. A total of 27 species of Scolytinae were collected from 59 different sites in Afyonkarahisar, Antalya, Burdur, Denizli, Isparta, and Muğla provinces. Hylastes angustatus (Herbst), H. linearis Erichson, Tomicus destruens (Wollaston), Hylurgus ligniperda (Fabricius), Pityogenes calcaratus (Eichhoff), P. pennidens Reitter, Orthotomicus robustus (Knotek), and O. suturalis (Gyllenhal) were recorded as new species for the Scolytinae fauna of the Mediterranean region of Western Turkey. Orthotomicus robustus (Knotek) was recorded for the first time from Turkey.

Contributions To The Opiinae Fauna Of Turkey (Hymenoptera: Braconidae), Ahmet Beyarslan, Maximilian Fischer

This study was carried out in order to determine the species of the subfamily Opiinae in Turkey. Between 1991 and 2008, malaise and light traps and sweeping nets were used to obtain adult specimens from various habitats in Turkey. A total of 116 species from 7 genera and 28 subgenera of the Opiinae were determined, and 45 of these species were new records for the Turkish fauna. The distribution of the species was evaluated taking into consideration the zoogeographic regions and phytogeographic provinces of Turkey.

Thirty-five species from 7 genera of Tersilochinae (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) occur in Turkey. Of these, 20 species are new records for Turkish fauna. The general distribution and data on the biology of Turkish species are provided. Keys to all European genera and subgenera are given, with a short annotation on the taxonomy, distribution and biology of each genus.
