Abstract: In view of the difficulty of the traditional path planning method without energy consumption constraints to meet the emergency rescue requirements in the complex mountain operation environment, a three-dimensional path planning algorithm for multi-UAVs is proposed based on LSTM-DPPO(long short-term memory-distributed proximal policy optimization) framework. The LSTM long and short-term memory neural network is used to extract the important characteristic state information sequence of the multiple unmanned aerial vehicles in their respective flight process. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the scope of using thetraditional observers is limited by assumptions, in the process of establishing the observer, a parameter projection relationship is designed and added to the observer to keep it under the condition of not being constrained by the assumptions. It is semi-globally stable, and the estimation process is more direct, which makes the parameter estimation process under nonlinear conditions converge faster. Through cyber-enabled industrial espionage, China has appropriated what Keith Alexander, the former Director of the National Security Agency, dubbed “the largest transfer of wealth in history.” Although China disavows intellectual property (IP) theft by its citizens and has set self-sustained research and development as an important goal, it is unrealistic to believe IP theft will slow down meaningfully without changing China’s decision calculus. China and the United States have twice agreed, in principle, to respect one another’s IP rights.
