Abstract: Considering the vibration effects of seismic waves on building with nonlinear structures, a nonsmooth and inversed control algorithm is used to suppress the vibration. It overcomes the faults of ignoring nonlinear influence in traditional approximate linearization control method and suppresses the influence of seismic waves effectively. According to Lyapunov stable theory and finite-time stability theory, the proposed control method to realize the stability of the nonlinear structural vibration is demonstrated. Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing learning algorithms of Gaussian processes mixture (GPM) model, such as Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC), variation or leave one out, have high computational complexity, a hidden variables posterior hard-cut iterative training algorithm is proposed, which simplifies the training process of the model. Abstract: Pedestrians escaping from the architecture are restricted by limited time and space. There are so many different exits, channels and bottleneck. Three kinds of facilities layout were designed to be initial schemes. The shortest escaping time was estimated by the different bottlenecks. Then, a safety escaping model based on the facilities layout and dynamic information was proposed, and the escaping time, area density and evacuation efficiency were analyzed by the simulation. The research indicates that by calculating and simulating the model can estimate the evacuation time for different schemes, and the result can provide some advices for facilities layout.
