Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor convergence and invalid exploration when UAVs perform path planning in complex environments, an improved deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG) algorithm is proposed. Abstract: In view of the safety risks associated with logistics distribution route optimization during public health emergencies, this paper investigates the vehicle routing problem by incorporating the risk of cross-infection, integrates the cross-infection risk caused by logistics activities in the epidemic area into the logistics distribution model, and establishes a logistics vehicle distribution model with the goal of cross-infection risk and cost. Abstract: In addressing the challenge of the DRL algorithm in the optimization of combined heat and power (CHP) units, lacking safety and stability guarantees, a scheduling optimization method based on SRL is proposed. Utilizing Dymola platform, a district heating system model is constructed with the CHP unit as the heat source. A MDP model for the economic dispatching of CHP units is designed, incorporating control barrier functions (CBF) to guide safe exploration in DRL. Abstract: A search-step optimized A* algorithm is proposed to address the issues with the traditional A* algorithm in robot path planning tasks, such as the high time consumption in large-scale high-resolution maps and the poor paths qualitys. Based on the cubic Hermite curve, a set of search steps (the path edges connecting the current node to its successors) is constructed, which can match the size of the robot and satisfy the dynamic constraints of the robot. Abstract: In response to the existing reinforcement learning-based traffic signal control methods that do not consider the changing trends in traffic flow, leading to congestion and inability to adapt to complex and variable road conditions, we propose a traffic signal timing optimization reinforcement learning method based on flow prediction. A phase timing amplitude control model is introduced. This model analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of historical traffic data to predict the flow for the next time slot and calculates a reasonable range for phase timing based on the prediction results. Abstract: Cognitive bias, stemming from electronic measurement error and variability in human perception, exists in cognitive electronic warfare and affects the outcomes of conflicts. In this paper, the dynamic game approach is employed to develop a model for cognitive bias induced by incomplete information and measurement errors in cognitive radar countermeasures. The payoffs for both parties are calculated using the radar's anti-jamming strategy matrix A and the jammer's jamming strategy matrix B. Abstract: To enhance the ability of microgrids (MGs) to withstand extreme disaster events, this paper proposes a multi-objective scheduling model considering resilience restoration and economic performance, based on the traditional concepts of power system resilience and reliability. Abstract: To ensure the safety and comfort of pedestrians during Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) obstacle avoidance in smart factory environments, a deep reinforcement learning-based end-to-end obstacle avoidance method is proposed. The YOLOv8 module is introduced to extract pedestrian pose information, and a visual-based state space is designed. Abstract: To address the new challenges of economic control and real-time requirements in wind energy conversion systems (WECS), this study proposes a nonlinear economic model predictive control (NEMPC) strategy. Abstract: Aiming at the challenges of difficulties in tracing requirements, detecting interaction design defects, and achieving early system design verification, this paper proposes a design and verification for the display and control system (DCS) of civil helicopters based on model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and VAPS. The method begins with capturing stakeholder requirements to form system requirements, followed by the allocation of these requirements to system use cases. Abstract: In order to solve the optimization problem of designing complex equipment under multi-factor coupling scene, a CAE simulation optimization method based on dynamic coupling model and multibranch parallel inference strategy is proposed. The dynamic hierarchical DEVS model is used to construct the automatic coupling model from pre-processing, numerical solution and post-processing phases of CAE software adaptively. The algorithm uses the quasi-reverse learning strategy to optimize the population initialization ensuring its diversity, introduces the dynamic adaptive density factor to adjust the parameters of the optimization mechanism, and integrates arithmetic optimization and sine-cosine strategies for random perturbations. This study explores the complexity in the trade-offs between military expenditure, healthcare expenditure, and GDP growth across select Asian nations and major weapon-exporting countries, examining how nations allocate finite resources between national security and human well-being over the past two decades. Using a systems science approach, the research integrates Granger causality testing to analyze temporal and directional relationships among GDP growth, military expenditure, and healthcare expenditure, uncovering their dynamic interdependencies.
