Abstract: Aiming at the small faults and the common data non-linear problems of industrial process, a fault detection method based oncumulative sum of neighbor statistic (CUSUM-NS) is proposed. Mutual information principal component analysis (MIPCA) is used to reduce the dimension of training data, and the principal components based on mutual information are extracted to construct a new sample space. For the new sample space after dimensionality reduction, the nonlinear features of the process data can be fully extracted through the distance square sum statistics of k nearest neighbors. Abstract: Aiming at the low recognition rate and subjectivity in two-phase flow pattern recognition, a method based on Landweber iterative image reconstruction algorithm and convolutional neural network is proposed. Abstract: For a typical Cartesian coordinate robot controls precision is low, based on a single-axis mathematical model, a contour error model for a typical robot whose axes are orthogonal to each other is established. An improved double-power approach law is used to design a terminal sliding mode controller to improve the robot. Abstract: To design and analyze the urination assist system driven by ultrasonic-vaporized steam, a simulation model of the driving capsule and three mathematical models of working medium saturated vapor pressure, bladder pressure and urine flow are established. The simulation experiment system is built to verify the model. The effects of radiation time and sound intensity on the working medium temperature and driving pressure are simulated and analyzed. Abstract: For a class of uncertain linear discrete time-delay systems, a design method for guaranteed cost preview and repetitive controller is proposed . By introducing a repetitive controller in the forward channel to improve the tracking accuracy of the system, L-order difference operators are used to construct an augmented error system that contains preview information but does not include time delay, and the design problem of guaranteed cost preview and repetitive controller is converted into an output feedback adjustment problem. Abstract: In order to solve the poor accuracy of the speed and rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by sensor, a sensorless control system is proposed to calculate the speed and rotor position of PMSM with extended Kalman filtering algorithm. BP neural network algorithm is used to optimize the covariance matrix Q and R of EKF, which improves the accurate calculation values of rotational speed and rotor position. Abstract: The integrated proportion of wind power is increasing year by year, and the source-load coordinated control of active power can effectively improve the level of wind power consumption. In order to ensure the effective application of the strategy, a simulation platform based on modular architecture is developed for source-load control of active power, including SQL Server database, timing control module of data interaction, calculation module of source-load control strategy, and output display module.
