Abstract: In the R&D of complex products, different design stages have different design goals and different simulation tasks, which need different resolution complex products simulation models. The models and interfaces for the multi-resolution characteristics are defined and thus the resolution control mechanism is studied. The description mechanisms for the system structure status and model resolution state are established separately, the control mechanism for the system resolution is proposed, and a cross level switching technology is sorted out. Abstract: The traditional virtual modeling of motion simulation lacks the dynamic modeling of cyber subsystems and physical subsystems in complex systems. The advantages of the traditional kinematic virtual modeling and cyber calculation are combined, and aiming at the problem that the accuracy and real-time property of motion simulation cannot meet the actual industrial manufacturing requirements, a cyber physical integrated modeling method for the motion simulation of complex systems is proposed. Abstract: To shorten the cycle of finite element analysis (FEA), an adaptive triangular mesh Boolean operation method for finite element analysis is proposed. The ADT (alternating digital tree) data structure is applied to the intersection calculation of triangular meshes, which improves the efficiency of the intersection calculation of Boolean operations. A sphere packing algorithm and a node addition/deletion algorithm are used to remesh some remeshing regions, which ensures the efficiency of the method and the high-quality of remeshed meshes. Abstract: To solve the existing cellular automata model of automatic-manual driving that does not consider the behavior of vehicle platoon, a cellular automata model of mixed traffic flow with the intelligent connected vehicles platoon is proposed, and the characteristics of mixed traffic flow are analyzed. The existing car-following behaviors in mixed traffic flow are analyzed. Abstract: A multi-classes teaching-learning-based optimization (MCTLBO) algorithm is proposed for the permutation flowshop scheduling problem (PFSP) by combining continuous algorithm with discrete strategy. An improved nawaz enscore ham (NEH) population initialization method based on permutation mutation is adopted, which takes into account the quality and diversity of initial solutions. In the teaching stage, discrete adaptive teaching with duplicate removal is introduced to avoid meaningless teaching processes. Abstract: In order to solve the problems of inaccurate prediction of poverty, poverty reduction and poverty returen, and the difficulty in identifying the key factors affecting the state transition, 8 key features and 22 observed states are extracted from the poverty reduction basic data and multi-industry data. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the scope of using thetraditional observers is limited by assumptions, in the process of establishing the observer, a parameter projection relationship is designed and added to the observer to keep it under the condition of not being constrained by the assumptions. It is semi-globally stable, and the estimation process is more direct, which makes the parameter estimation process under nonlinear conditions converge faster. Abstract: Aiming at the low efficiency and high missing rate of wiring harness terminals, an image detection method based on machine vision is proposed. The characteristic parameters of five typical defects in three main parts of wiring harness terminals are analyzed and defined. Tthe algorithms of extracting positioning datum, segmenting inspected-parts adaptively, extracting the defect features and calculating the characteristic parameters are designed respectively, and the defects criterions are given. Abstract: To avoid unbalanced workload assignment, we studied the vehicle routing problem with refined oil secondary distribution considering workload balance. A bi-objectivemixed integer programming model was built to minimize the total distribution cost and the maximum difference in vehicle route length. Abstract: With the development of affective computing, the correlation of memory, individuation and emotion is more and more important. Focus on the machine emotion shortcomings in the perception, understanding and expression, an emotion computing model integrating the emotion perception, understanding and expression is proposed. The model is a memory-oriented deep network perception model that accepts multiple modal inputs (visual, auditory, lexical) and applies a fuzzy emotion integration decision to realize the understanding of uncertain emotions. The simulation experiments prove that the model has a good performance in all kinds of multimodal affective computing.

Abstract: Aiming at the nonuniform sampling in map projection and the redundancy in aspheric projection, spherical Fibonacci lattices is used to sample the visible spherical area to generate spherical Fibonacci lattice panorama with low-redundancy and high-quality. On the basis of panoramic stereo imaging model, the binocular ray direction generation algorithm for spherical stereo panorama is proposed. With Fibonacci grid, an adaptive filtering method of light-visibility map for panorama is designed to generate spherical panorama with approximate soft shadow. Abstract: The freshness distribution requirements of fresh agricultural products may increase the carbon emissions of the cold chain distribution process. A cold chain distribution scheduling strategy and simulation method for the fresh agricultural products under low-carbon constraints is proposed. Based on the quantitative analysis of the carbon tax mechanism, a mathematical model of minimizing the carbon emissions and minimizing the overall cost of distribution is established. Abstract: Distributed job-shop production scheduling is the key to high efficient production. Preventive maintenance, an essential means to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment, should be the necessary content of the production decision-making. Aiming at the production delay caused by equipment maintenance, a simulation-corrected optimization method is proposed. The mathematical model and simulation model for the joint production and preventive maintenance scheduling are established. The sequence exchange-based genetic algorithm is combined with the simulation-corrected optimization method to form a fast simulation optimization scheme. Abstract: Aiming at the unsatisfactory the results of the real-time dynamic task allocation in discrete workshops are not ideal, an improved water filling algorithm is proposed. Compared with the equal cost allocation of the water injection algorithm, the processing rate and cost factors are added to the improved water injection algorithm to coordinate the processing rate, the cost and the workpieces. The allocation of the different cost workpieces is realized and the result is adjusted, which can meet the requirements of discrete distribution.
