Abstract: The probability distribution of wind power prediction error is obtained based on direct statistics, and the influence of the error on the day-ahead peak load regulation decision is analyzed. Energy-intensive load and conventional source are combined to improve the system’s dynamic peak load regulation capability. Since the power source and the energy-intensive load belong to different regulation systems and need to be regulated in a non-centralized way, the multi-objective optimization is not suitable and the game theory is adopted. Abstract: A three-dimensional imaging model for ship target on sea surface is developed based on wide-band monopulse radar system and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system. The time-varying electromagnetic (EM) scattering of ships is calculated according to the SAR geometry and the monopulse antenna model. The signal received by every antenna element is obtained, and then, the time-domain signals in the sum, azimuth and elevation difference channels are established. Through analyzing the three-dimensional image results in different grazing angles, the model validity is demonstrated.

A state-space form including sensor faults and environmental disturbances/noises of induction machine is described. The heat transfer equation for heat exchanger was modified by introducing air parameters at different altitudes. A heat transfer modeling approach for vehicle heat exchanger was proposed by using the thermal network method. Abstract: A method for modeling the information exchange behavior in an emergent crowd evacuation is proposed in this paper. It describes several aspects of information exchange in dynamic environments, includes contents, characteristics and ways of exchange. The influence model of know information on evacuation decision is built by cost evaluation and path planning. Combined with the existing crowd locomotion model, our method could model and simulate crowd evacuation in emergent situation. Abstract: Power diagram is the weighted Voronoi diagram. Centroidal capacity constrained power diagram (CCCPD) can be obtained by imposing capacity constraint and centroid constraint to the ordinary power diagram. To increase the convergence speed of existing CCCPD algorithms which optimize the weight and location of site interlacedly, an improved algorithm is proposed which optimizes all variables integratedly. Research results exhibit that the performance of the proposed algorithm is 40% higher than the traditional method.

Abstract: At present, smart cities have already become an important trend of urban governance in the information era. As an effective display method to the smart cities, augmented virtual environment technology has long been a common concern of researchers. However most of current augmented virtual environment technologies have the disadvantages of high hardware requirements, poor cross-platform capability, so it is difficult to promote to the common users.
