Modularization is associated with various project benefits including cost savings, schedule reduction, improved quality, among others. However, successful implementation of modular projects requires early collaboration and proactive management of various associated risks. Both project communication structures and early engagement of all project stakeholders have a great impact on risk mitigation efficiency in modular construction. The goal of this paper is to study the stakeholders' contribution in risk control of modular construction projects under different delivery methods. Environmental concerns over embodied carbon - which is generated during the extraction, transportation, manufacturing, construction, and disposal of building materials - have been increasing as the industry shifts to renewable energy and grid decarbonization efforts prevail. The development of housing in Indonesia, growing rapidly due to urbanization and population growth, faces challenges in terms of land, labor, and housing backlog. Despite being innovative, modular prefabrication methods are limited by unattractive designs and high costs, slowing down construction, harming the productivity of construction companies, and hindering the growth of the national construction sector. European Union (EU) policy and initiatives are driving both building renovation and the uptake of low-embodied carbon and circular design in the construction sector. The European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) recast (2021) introduces global warming potential (GWP) methodology, and the future state will likely be embodied carbon targets for which life cycle assessment (LCA) of buildings will be required. การออกแบบและก่อสร้างสะพานเหล็กในอดีตมักใช้รอยต่อขยายตัว (Expansion Joint) เพื่อรองรับการเคลื่อนที่จากอุณหภูมิ แต่เมื่อใช้งานไประยะเวลาหนึ่งจะเกิดการเสื่อมสภาพ ทำให้เกิดการกัดกร่อนและความเสียหายสะสม เนื่องจากน้ำและสิ่งสกปรกซึมผ่านลงสู่โครงสร้างส่วนล่างได้ง่าย ส่งผลให้เกิดการเสื่อมสภาพของโครงสร้างบริเวณรอยต่อ เป็นภาระในการบำรุงรักษาและกระทบต่ออายุการใช้งานสะพาน การใช้แผ่นพื้นเชื่อมต่อ (Link Slab) จึงเป็นทางเลือกในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสะพานเหล็กเดิม โดยมีบริเวณไม่ยึดติด (Debonded Zone) เพื่อลดความเค้นภายใน ร่วมกับการใช้คอนกรีตสมรรถนะสูงพิเศษ (UHPC) ที่มีความแข็งแรงทั้งด้านแรงอัดและแรงดึง และทนต่อการยืดตัวหลังแตกร้าว ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพให้แผ่นพื้นเชื่อมต่อยิ่งขึ้น การศึกษานี้พิจารณากรณีสะพานเหล็กช่วงพาดเดี่ยวปกติ 25 เมตร พบว่าเมื่อใช้ UHPC กำลังอัด 110 MPa สามารถเปลี่ยนรอยต่อสะพานเป็นแผ่นพื้นเชื่อมต่อได้ต่อเนื่อง 4 ช่วงพาด เพิ่มระยะห่างรอยต่อขยายตัวจาก 25 เมตรเป็น 100 เมตร ผลการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างพบว่าแผ่นพื้นเชื่อมต่อที่ใช้วัสดุ UHPC ช่วยลดการเสียรูปโดยภาพรวมของสะพานจากน้ำหนักบรรทุกและการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุณหภูมิ อีกทั้งยังสามารถออกแบบเพื่อลดขนาดและปริมาณเหล็กเสริมลงได้ ดังนั้น การเปลี่ยนรอยต่อสะพานเป็นแผ่นพื้นเชื่อมต่อจึงช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการรับแรง ลดต้นทุนบำรุงรักษาในระยะยาว อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่าอาจทำให้ฐานรองรับสะพานบางตำแหน่งต้องรับแรงเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ผู้ออกแบบจึงควรพิจารณาปรับเปลี่ยนฐานรองรับให้เหมาะสมกับภาระที่เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย

Distributed solar generation (DSG), such as residential photo-voltaic (PV) solar panels, offers many benefits to consumers and can improve the sustainability and resilience of the electric power infrastructure. As such, many local and national authorities implemented policy incentives, such as rebates and loans with reduced interests, to promote the adoption of DSG. However, the increasing penetration of DSG is creating new obstacles for system operators due to the uncertainty in forecasting electrical power demand. This research investigates the implementation of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) to address fragmented transport services in Bangkok, focusing on identifying enablers, barriers, and concerns for MaaS adoption while quantifying evaluation criteria to determine the most suitable MaaS model. A mixed-methods approach was employed, beginning with a literature review to identify initial enablers and barriers, which were refined through expert meetings. Semi-structured interviews with 14 experts provided deeper insights into Bangkok’s transport context and potential MaaS models, while an AHP survey involving 12 experts quantified and prioritized the evaluation criteria. ในอนาคตประเทศไทยจะมีโครงการร่วมลงทุนระหว่างรัฐและเอกชน (Public Private Partnership หรือ PPP) เกิดขึ้นในต่างจังหวัดเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้นำมาซึ่งความเสี่ยงหลายด้าน เช่น ความเสี่ยงด้านจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ ความเสี่ยงด้านรายได้จากการจัดเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม และความเสี่ยงด้านเงินกู้ เป็นต้น ส่งผลให้ภาคเอกชนขาดความมั่นใจเข้าร่วมลงทุนในโครงการ PPP ในต่างจังหวัด เพื่อแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวภาครัฐต้องให้การสนับสนุนทางการเงินในโครงการ PPP ดังนั้น งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้เงินทุนชั้นลอยด้วยการใช้หุ้นกู้แปลงสภาพ (Convertible debenture) เป็นหุ้นกู้ที่ให้สิทธิหน่วยงานรัฐเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นในโครงสร้างเงินทุน ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบการสนับสนุนทางการเงินใหม่ในโครงการ PPP และศึกษาสัดส่วนโครงสร้างเงินทุนที่เหมาะสม โดยเสนอการพัฒนาตัวแบบทางคณิตศาสตร์เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาเวลาหยุดที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการแปลงหนี้ให้เป็นทุน ทั้งการวิเคราะห์แบบ Deterministic และ Stochastic ภายใต้สถานการณ์ความไม่แน่นอนของตัวแปรเสี่ยงหลายตัว โดยใช้คอปูลา (Copula) วิเคราะห์ตัวแปรเสี่ยงที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ซึ่งจะช่วยเป็นการกำหนดตัวแปรสำคัญในตัวแบบทางคณิตศาสตร์ และนำตัวแบบทางคณิตศาสตร์ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับโครงการตัวอย่างจริง คือ โครงการทางพิเศษสายเมืองใหม่-เกาะแก้ว-กะทู้ จังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยเสนอเป็นทางเลือกให้กับหน่วยงานรัฐนำหุ้นกู้แปลงสภาพไปประยุกต์ใช้กับโครงการ PPP เพื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการสนับสนุนและโครงสร้างเงินทุนที่เหมาะสมสามกรณี ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ คือ กรณีที่สามหน่วยงานรัฐให้การสนับสนุนเงินทุนชั้นลอยด้วยรูปแบบหุ้นกู้แปลงสภาพและให้เงินสนับสนุนทางตรงในโครงการ PPP ทำให้มีความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินของโครงการสูงสุด และสามารถวิเคราะห์หาเวลาหยุดที่เหมาะสมที่เกิดขึ้นในระยะเวลาดำเนินการของระยะสัมปทานโครงการได้

Construction engineering and management (CEM) domain covers multiple evolving sub-disciplines and directions. To understand those directions, numerous research efforts have conducted scientometric analysis of publications to explore their significance and impact. Despite their valuable insights, such research endeavors have been limited to exploratory analyses, whereas no previous attempt has been conducted to predict the future impact of research in CEM. This study fills this knowledge gap by performing a predictive analysis of citation metrics of publications in CEM using machine learning (ML). Sustainable urban systems require appropriately sized infrastructure. However, when cities face economic and population decline, hardened infrastructure - such as drinking water distribution systems – is difficult and costly to modify. This dataset provides the results of a modeling exercise performed using EPANET (Version 2.2) to examine potential scenarios for rightsizing water infrastructure in a shrinking city. The modeling was performed utilizing a full-scale, calibrated hydraulic model of the drinking water distribution system in Flint, Michigan obtained through a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Flint and Wayne State University.

This poster encompasses yearlong literary research into floating offshore wind turbines. Limitations created by society are discussed, these have prohibited large leaps to get the turbines out of the design phase. Traditional platform designs are displayed to show the potential the industry has to offer as the next renewable energy source. The maintenance phase seeks optimization. A case study by the University of Cincinnati used production losses as a consideration to lower the total cost of traditionally expensive maintenance. โครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างมากในการพัฒนาประเทศ ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยได้มีการพัฒนาโครงการทางคมนาคมหลายรูปแบบ โดยหนึ่งในโครงการที่น่าสนใจคือการก่อสร้างทางรถไฟยกระดับ ถึงแม้ว่าไทยจะไม่ได้ตั้งอยู่ในเขตแผ่นดินไหวโดยตรง แต่แรงสั่นสะเทือนจากแผ่นดินไหวสามารถส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างและต้นทุนค่าก่อสร้าง งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มุ่งเน้นการศึกษาอุปกรณ์ล็อกยึด (Lock-Up Device, LUD) ในโครงสร้างทางรถไฟยกระดับแบบต่อเนื่อง 3 ช่วง ช่วงละ 35 เมตร โดยมีความสูงของเสาตอม่อ 20 เมตร และถูกออกแบบให้รองรับรถไฟประเภท U20 สำหรับการทำงานของ LUD คือการล็อกการเคลื่อนที่ของโครงสร้างเมื่อเกิดแรงกระทำที่ทำให้โครงสร้างเคลื่อนที่ด้วยความเร็วสูง เช่น แรงแผ่นดินไหว หรือแรงเบรกของขบวนรถไฟขณะที่ปล่อยให้โครงสร้างเคลื่อนที่อย่างอิสระภายใต้แรงกระทำที่มีความเร็วต่ำ เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงอุณหภูมิหรือแรงคืบของวัสดุ โดยทำการพิจารณาแผ่นดินไหวตามมาตรฐาน มยผ. (มาตรฐานการออกแบบอาคารต้านทานแผ่นดินไหวของประเทศไทย) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ล็อกยึด สามารถช่วยกระจายแรงแผ่นดินไหวจากเสาตอม่อแบบ Fixed ไปยังเสาตอม่อแบบ Roller ทำให้โครงสร้างมีความสามารถต้านทานแรงแผ่นดินไหวได้ดียิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ LUD ยังช่วยลดปริมาณเหล็กเสริมในเสาตอม่อส่งผลให้สามารถลดต้นทุนในการก่อสร้างได้ อีกทั้งชี้ให้เห็นว่า LUD มีประสิทธิภาพในการเพิ่มความสามารถในการต้านทานแรงแผ่นดินไหวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
