A rural middle school in Southwestern Virginia is struggling to retain teachers. The research question for this study was: How can teacher retention at a rural middle school in Southwestern Virginia be improved. Interviews with former teachers of the rural middle school were conducted specifically to determine why these individuals left. This study aims to determine the effect of school fees, age and gender on children’s education level in Indonesia. Variables in school fees are school fees, equipment and transportation. The age variable is the sample that is aged 15 to 25 years. Gender variables consist of male and female. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey 5 (IFLS 5). The sample in this study were 2,601 respondents. It employs regression analysis and quantitative approach. It proves that there is a significant effect between school fees, age and gender on children's education levels.

Reading is a language modality in which the sense of urgency is palpable despite the task difficulty. This study examined the hypotheses that CSR improves reading comprehension and fosters positive perceptions of the implementations. The result supported that using CSR produced levels of reading comprehension superior to conventional teaching instruction. The analysis of posttest among the groups revealed 5.56 greater effects for students in the experimental group. The t-test also reported that students had favorable impressions about CSR implementation. They recognized some reading strategies of CSR which assisted them at most in elevating comprehension.

This exploratory, qualitative study examines the foundational knowledge and instructional methods needed for academic language teaching of English language learners (ELLs). It also examines how mentoring practices can build secondary content-based novice teachers’ instructional capacity in this area. The purpose of this interpretative phenomenological analysis was to explore the lived experiences of women water and wastewater professionals in California. A qualitative methodology and semi-structured interviews provided detail and a rich understanding of women’s occupational choices, pursuits, and roles as told from their own perspectives. The results revealed that while working in water promoted a sense of pride, accomplishment, and empowerment, women continued to fight for equal access and full participation in lucrative water treatment careers. This work showcases specific adaptations used to make cybersecurity accessible to high school students with visual impairments and blindness (VIB). Characteristics of emotional and behavioral disabilities (EBD) include learning difficulties that cannot be explained by intellectual, sensory, or health factors and an inability to build or maintain satisfactory interpersonal relationships with peers and teachers. Often, children with EBD have a tendency to have negative experiences in school and engage in challenging behavior in the classroom.
