In order to determine this need two types of information have been secured: first, that pertaining to the kinds of safety measures that have been instituted in the state down to the present time; second, the numbers of accidents, deaths, and injuries. These last have been arranged into types of causes in order to show and to determine if possible what steps might be taken to reduce this number.
