Academic procrastination is one of problems that may occur among junior high school students. This study aims to describe the level of academic procrastination of junior high school students in Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study showed that 17,2% of subjects have high academic procrastination, 77,1% of them have the moderate one, and 5,7% of them have the low one. Based on those results, it is recommended for the next researcher to use Solution-Focused Brief Counseling in reducing academic procrastination in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Yogyakarta.

Adolescent depression is growing in interest to clinicians. In addition to the estimated 2 million cases of adolescent major depressive episodes each year, depressive symptoms in youth have become indicators of mental health complications later in life. Studies indicate that being low-income is a risk factor for depression and that socioeconomically disadvantaged teenagers are more than twice as likely to develop mental illnesses. Only an estimated 1 in 4 children with mental illnesses receive adequate help and 80% of these resources come through schools. Career decision-making abilities are an important part of a student's career development continuum. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the GURU (Ground, Understand, Revise, Use) process as a group guidance technique to improve vocational school students' career decision-making abilities. The Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design experimental method was used in this research and the subjects were 12 students of SMKN 1 Trenggalek. Data analysis using the Two Independent Sample Test Mann Whitney U, obtained the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.03 < real level ( /2 = 0.05) and it was concluded that the "GURU Process" as a group guidance technique was effective in improving the career decision making abilities of vocational school students. From these results, the researcher suggests that Counselors/BK Teachers can collaborate the TEACHER process with various other approaches, using it to develop various student potentials by paying attention to their development stages, psychological aspects and intervention content. Future researchers are advised to examine the GURU process with other research designs such as Single-Subject Designs or action research and pay attention to the use and feasibility of the instrument and its validity, as well as applying it to develop various other psychological aspects such as motivation, self-esteem, self-efficacy, critical thinking skills, the ability to think respectfully and so on.

This research method adapted the Borg and Gall procedural model covering the planning stage, the stage of product development and test phase of the product. This research aims to describe the characteristics and metacognition of high school counselors. The type of research used is descriptive with a survey method. The research subjects were 166 school counselors. The research results show that the counseling process has not fully implemented metacognition-based counseling skills. This indicates that in implementing counseling, counselors have not taken into account the effectiveness of intrapersonal skills as an integrated skill within the counselor.

The research aims to develop self-efficacy training guides in friendship through experiential learning strategies for junior high school students, so that the counselor can use it as a media of social guidance services for the student especially to improve his confidence in the friendship. This case study seeks to identify behavior, skills, and attitudes of a professional providing an effective reintegration program for persons trafficked for sex. New demands on medical and social services were created over the past two decades by legislative changes. Initial research focuses on rescue and unmet primary needs.
