There is confusion among teachers in a school district in a southeastern state about the instructional use of the state-mandated Dominie assessment for word-level reading and phonemic awareness skills for kindergarten and first-grade students. Recent assessment data indicated that 20% of students tested in kindergarten and first grade needed remediation. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) รวบรวมและสังเคราะห์ชีวประวัติของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ 2) ศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสารและแบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับกลุ่มเครือญาติ กลุ่มลูกศิษย์ และกลุ่มผู้ที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดจากกลุ่มลูกศิษย์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการตีความแบบอุปนัย จากนั้นสร้างข้อสรุปและนำเสนอเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ เป็นนักดนตรีไทยที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีพรสวรรค์ในการบรรเลงจะเข้ บิดาของครูปลูกฝังความรักในดนตรีและวินัยในการฝึกซ้อมดนตรีให้ครูตั้งแต่เป็นเด็ก บิดาของครูส่งเสริมการเรียนดนตรีของครู โดยการแสวงหาครูจะเข้ที่มีฝีมือหลายท่านมาสอนครู จนทำให้ครูได้รับถ่ายทอดบทเพลงอันทรงคุณค่าไว้จำนวนมาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น บิดาของครูยังสนับสนุนการศึกษาของครู ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการทำงานของครูอีกด้วย ครูรับราชการเป็นนักดนตรีที่กรมประชาสัมพันธ์ จึงทำให้ครูมีผลงานการบันทึกเสียงจำนวนมาก นอกจากนี้ ครูยังได้ถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ให้แก่ลูกศิษย์ ตามสถาบันการศึกษาและองค์กรต่าง ๆ อีกด้วย ในช่วงสุดท้ายของชีวิต ครูป่วยเป็นโรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวและได้เข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ครูมีอาการทรุดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง และได้สิ้นลมอย่างสงบ รวมอายุได้ 65 ปี 2) กระบวนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูระตี วิเศษสุรการ แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านผู้สอน ครูมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนในความเป็นครู ทั้งด้านความรู้ ด้านการสอน ด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม (2) ด้านผู้เรียน ลูกศิษย์ของครูมีบทบาทในการปรนนิบัติดูแลครูและรักษาองค์ความรู้ของครู มีลักษณะของครูที่ดีและนักดนตรีที่ดี และมีวิธีการถ่ายทอดที่สอดคล้องกับวิธีการของครู (3) ด้านเนื้อหาสาระ บทเพลงที่ครูใช้ในการถ่ายทอดมีลักษณะทำนองที่โดดเด่น ซึ่งเป็นบทเพลงที่ครูได้รับถ่ายทอดมาจากครูโบราณและเป็นบทเพลงที่ครูได้ประพันธ์ขึ้นมาใหม่ ครูให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นฐานการบรรเลงจะเข้ เทคนิคในการบรรเลงจะเข้ของครูมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว (4) ด้านการเรียนการสอน ครูมีบทบาทสำคัญในการถ่ายทอดและใช้วิธีการถ่ายทอดแบบท่องจำ ซึ่งทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้และเห็นคุณค่าของบทเพลง ครูมีขั้นตอนการถ่ายทอดการบรรเลงจะเข้ที่เริ่มจากการพิจารณาพื้นฐานของผู้เรียน จนกระทั่งผู้เรียนสามารถบรรเลงได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติและเป็นต้นแบบในการถ่ายทอดต่อไปได้

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อนำเสนอชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยนี้ได้แก่ นักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม จำนวน 25 คน ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา 4-6 เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 5 ชุด 2) แบบทดสอบความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิต ระดับประถมศึกษา 3) แบบประเมินความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิต ระดับประถมศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วยการศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง พัฒนาเป็นชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา จากนั้นนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงบรรยาย คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) ชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบไปด้วยแบบฝึกย่อย 5 แบบฝึก นำเสนอในรูปแบบของหนังสืออิเล็กโทรนิกบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แทบเลต 2) ผลของการใช้ชุดแบบฝึกตามแนวคิดของคาร์ล ออร์ฟเพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจทางด้านจังหวะของนักเรียนวงโยธวาทิตระดับประถมศึกษา พบว่าคะแนนรวมด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจหลังการใช้ชุดแบบฝึก สูงกว่าคะแนนก่อนการใช้ชุดแบบฝึกของนักเรียนแต่ละคน (M = 23.32, SD = 2.49), (M = 18.12, SD = 3.49) และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วย t-test พบว่าคะแนนก่อนการใช้ชุดแบบฝึกและหลังการใช้ชุดแบบฝึกแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (t = -10.007, sig = .000)

แนวทางการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นดนตรีเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ดนตรีในระดับประถมศึกษา, ธณัตชัย เหลือรักษ์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจการใช้สื่อการสอนในชั้นเรียนวิชาดนตรีสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นดนตรีเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ดนตรีในระดับประถมศึกษา ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาจาก 1) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีการเรียนการสอนดนตรีระดับประถมศึกษาในประเทศไทย 2) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอนดนตรี และ 3) การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากแนวคิดของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและด้านการสอนดนตรีประถม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ใช้การตีความและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้สื่อการสอนดนตรีแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการใช้สื่อการสอนทั่วไป นิยมใช้ เครื่องดนตรีไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์ MIDI วีดีทัศน์ และ บทเพลงสมัยนิยม 2) ด้านการใช้สื่อมัลติมีเดีย นิยมใช้บันทึกภาพการแสดงดนตรีสด และ สื่อการสอนออนไลน์ 3) ด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโทรศัพท์มือถือ นิยมใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นนำเสนอ อินเตอร์เนต และแอปพลิเคชั่นการศึกษา 2. แนวทางการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนดนตรีในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ควรคำนึงถึงการจูงใจผู้เรียน ให้ผู้เรียนสนุก รู้จักคุณค่าของการเรียนดนตรี จากนั้นจึงให้ผู้เรียนได้มีประสบการณ์ ความรู้ทางดนตรี เพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ดนตรี 2) การใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นดนตรีในการเรียนการสอน ควรคำนึงถึงความสอดคล้องระหว่างความสามารถของแอปพลิเคชั่นกับเนื้อหาสาระ ความสะดวกสบายและความน่าสนใจในการใช้งาน และ 3) การจัดกิจกรรมดนตรีสามารถทำได้ด้วยการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานผ่านสื่อออนไลน์เพื่อเป็นผลงานผู้เรียน โดยควรคำนึงถึงการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และความสำคัญของทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในชมรมดนตรีไทยที่มีความแตกต่างกันในระยะเริ่มต้นและชมรมดนตรีไทยระยะยาวนาน 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมชมรมดนตรีไทยตามทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ครูและนักเรียนในชมรมดนตรีในของโรงเรียนคีรีเวสเพียรอุปถัมภ์ จังหวัดตราด เป็นชมรมดนตรีไทยในโรงเรียนที่มีความโดดเด่นด้านชมรมดนตรีไทยที่เริ่มต้นก่อตั้ง และโรงเรียนวัดทรงธรรม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นชมรมดนตรีไทยในโรงเรียนที่มีความโดดเด่นด้านชมรมดนตรีที่มีความมั่นคงยาวนานเกิน 10 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสังเกตและแบบสัมภาษณ์สรุปผล จากนั้นตีความโดยสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย (analysis induction) และนำเสนอข้อมูลแบบความเรียงโดยใช้การพรรณนาความ (Descriptive) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทั้งโรงเรียนที่มีความแตกต่างกันในด้านระยะเวลาทั้งเริ่มต้นและยาวนานต่างมีลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ มีกิจกรรมที่สะท้อนถึงการรวมกลุ่มที่มีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในชมรมดนตรีไทยตามตัวชี้วัดทั้ง 5 ได้แก่ (1) การช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันทั้งในด้านกิจกรรมทางดนตรีและการเป็นอยู่ในชมรม (2) การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในชมรม ผู้เรียนและครูผู้สอน ปรึกษาหารือกันเพื่อการฝึกซ้อมและการประกวดแข่งขัน (3) การรับผิดชอบของสมาชิกแต่ละคนในด้านทักษะเครื่องมือเอกที่แต่ละคนต้องฝึกซ้อมรวมทั้งการดูแลเครื่องดนตรีและชมรมดนตรีไทย (4) การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและทักษะการทำงานกลุ่มย่อย การซ้อมแต่ละเครื่องมือและการซ้อมรวมกลุ่มย่อยที่แบ่งตามระดับทักษะ (5) กระบวนการกลุ่มของชมรมดนตรีไทยที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการอยู่ร่วมกันในชมรมและการซ้อมรวมวงเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะรายกลุ่มของผู้เรียน 2) จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการศึกษาทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้วิจัยได้สังเคราะห์และนำเสนอแนวทางการที่เป็นคุณลักษณะดนตรีไทยที่ส่งเสริมกลุ่มการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมืออย่างถาวร

การนำเสนอชุดบทเพลงที่ใช้สอนในวิชาปฏิบัติกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าระดับปริญญาตรี, วัยวุฒิ พรมจีน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาและนำเสนอบทเพลงในสไตล์ต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในวิชาปฏิบัติกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าระดับปริญญาตรี 2. เพื่อศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ของบทเพลงในสไตล์ต่างๆ และศึกษาวิธีการเปลี่ยนสไตล์บทเพลง งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) วิเคราะห์รวบรวมสาระดนตรีที่ใช้สอนกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าในระดับอุดมศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบดนตรีของบทเพลงในสไตล์ต่างๆ จากตำราสอนกีตาร์และบทเพลงที่คัดสรร 3) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าในสไตล์ต่างๆ 12 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นเครื่องมือวิจัยเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบดนตรีของแต่ละสไตล์ จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของบทเพลงกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าในสไตล์ต่างๆ จำแนกตามองค์ประกอบดนตรี ผลการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 ผลการศึกษาและนำเสนอชุดบทเพลงที่ใช้สอนในวิชาปฏิบัติกีตาร์ไฟฟ้าระดับปริญญาตรีในบทเพลงสไตล์บลูส์ 30 เพลง คันทรี่ 30 เพลง ร็อค 40 เพลง และฟังก์กับโซล 30 เพลง โดยวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบดนตรี 4 ด้าน 1) จังหวะวิเคราะห์ ความเร็ว (tempo) อัตราจังหวะ (Time signature) และรูปแบบจังหวะ 2) ทำนองวิเคราะห์การใช้บันใดเสียงและโมด 3) เสียงประสานวิเคราะห์ลักษณะการใช้ทางเดินคอร์ด 4) สีสันของเสียงวิเคราะห์การใช้เทคนิคและการใช้ประเภทของเสียงกีตาร์ เอฟเฟค ซึ่งรายละเอียดดนตรีในแต่ละสไตล์มีความแตกต่างกัน ตอนที่ 2 ผลของวิธีการเปลี่ยนสไตล์บทเพลงที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ในตอนที่ 1 นำมาสรุปสิ่งที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ของดนตรีแต่ละสไตล์เพื่อใช้ในการเปลี่ยนสไตล์บทเพลง และนำเสนอตัวอย่างการเปลี่ยนสไตล์บทเพลงที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น 5 บทเพลง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ในเรื่องของหลักการในการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Content Analysis) และการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการบรรยาย การกำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informant) ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำกลุ่มศิลปินระดับนานาชาติ 2 ท่าน และ 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำกลุ่มศิลปินครู จำนวน 6 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า 1) ในการศึกษาหัวข้อการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ ประกอบด้วย 2 หัวข้อ คือ 1) องค์ประกอบสำคัญในการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ ได้แก่ 1.1) รูปปาก 1.2) การใช้ลมหายใจ1.3) ตำแหน่งคาง 1.4) การออกเสียง 1.5) การควบคุมลักษณะเสียง 1.6) ตำแหน่งมือขวา และ 2) แบบฝึกหัดทักษะการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ (Horn Low Register's Etudes) โดยองค์ประกอบสำคัญเหล่านี้เป็นองค์ประกอบพื้นฐานในการบรรเลงฮอร์น ซึ่งการบรรเลงฮอร์นแต่ละช่วงเสียงมีวิธีการที่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ รูปปากควรมีความผ่อนคลาย ใช้ลมช้าและประมาณมาก โดยการเปลี่ยนตำแหน่งคางและการออกเสียงช่วยสนับสนุนให้ลมเดินทางช้าลง ผู้เล่นควรมีการควบคุมลักษณะเสียงในการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำโดยใช้ลิ้นเน้นหัวเสียงแรงกว่าช่วงเสียงสูงเพื่อความชัดเจนและแม่นยำ ตำแหน่งมือขวาช่วยทำให้เสียงต่ำมีความชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น องค์ประกอบสำคัญดังกล่าว ส่งผลต่อองค์ประกอบของเสียง ได้แก่ ระดับเสียง ความถูกต้องของระดับเสียง คุณภาพเสียง ความแม่นยำเสียง และสีสันเสียง แบบฝึกหัดฝึกทักษะการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำเป็นปัจจัยที่ช่วยในการฝึกทักษะการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำให้เป็นผลดีในระยะยาว 2) แนวทางการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ นำเสนอเป็นเล่มเอกสารคู่มือ เรื่อง "แนวทางการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ" ประกอบด้วย คำนำ คำชี้แจงในการใช้แนวทางการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ สารบัญ ตอนที่ 1 ประวัติความเป็นมาของฮอร์น ตอนที่ 2 หลักการทั่วไปในการบรรเลงฮอร์น ตอนที่ 3 องค์ประกอบสำคัญในการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ ตอนที่ 4 แบบฝึกหัดทักษะการบรรเลงฮอร์นช่วงเสียงต่ำ …

กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีไทยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครนนทบุรี, ธมนวรรณ อยู่ดี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีไทยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ผู้วิจัยเลือกศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) ครูผู้สอนดนตรีไทย จำนวน 1 ท่าน 2) ผู้เรียนดนตรีไทย จำนวน 30 ท่าน 3) ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 1 ท่าน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างและการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและสรุปผลเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการสอนดนตรีไทยของผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยของศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครนนทบุรี เป็นการจัดการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ประเภทการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง และเป็นไปตามหลักการจัดการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 3 ประการ ได้แก่ ด้านหลักการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย ที่มีลักษณะการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ยืดหยุ่น ขับเคลื่อนโดยระบบการบริหารจัดการที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ภายใต้การดูแลของกลุ่มงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพ เทศบาลนครนนทบุรี โดยมีกลุ่มจิตอาสาทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ให้ความรู้หลักแก่ผู้เรียนคือกลุ่มสมาชิกผู้สูงอายุ รวมถึงมีการประสานงานกับเครือข่ายชมรมผู้สูงอายุเพื่อขยายการลงพื้นที่ในชุมชน ในด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้ โดดเด่นเรื่องการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและเข้าใจถึงธรรมชาติของผู้เรียน และด้านบทบาทของผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างกำลังใจให้แก่ผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2) ขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีไทยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยของศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลนครนนทบุรี พบว่า เป็นไปตามทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ (Andragogy) มีบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้ที่มีลักษณะเป็นกันเอง โดยมีครูผู้สอนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการหลักในการเรียนการสอนในขณะเดียวกันก็ได้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นโดยมีครูผู้สอนพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม ใช้การวัดประเมินผลโดยการประเมินตามสภาพจริง (Authentic Assessment) รวมถึงการพัฒนาสุขภาวะของผู้เรียนและทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความสุขจากการเล่นดนตรีซึ่งเป็นเป้าหมายสำคัญในการเรียนดนตรีไทยของผู้สูงอายุ
