Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan kedudukan kisah dalam Al-Qur'an dan matlamat serta peranannya dalam memberikan pengajaran kepada umat Islam khususnya para du'at, dengan rujukan khusus kepada kisah Nabi Nub a.s. The objectives of this study are (a) to analyse and categorise the errors made by Malay students of French when using the two French conversational past tenses: the imparfait and the posse compose; (b) to compare and contrast the French past tenses with the Malay expressions of past times; and (c) to suggest some pedagogical strategies. The subjects of this study comprise Malay undergraduates of BA English and BA Malay doing a French proficiency course at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Adult Learning In The Context Of Interreligious Dialogue: A Collaborative Research Study Involving Christians, Jews, And Muslims, Nadira K. Charaniya, Jane West Walsh

What do American Jews really know about Muslims? What do American Muslims really know about Jews? These questions undergird this account of how two religious adult educators--a Jew and a Muslim--came to engage in collaborative, dialogic, relational and transformational interreligious learning and research. Emerging out of this collaborative doctoral research project at National-Louis University, this study addresses two different dimensions of research and practice in the field of adult education: the nature of adult learning in the interreligious dialogue process and the role of collaborative methods in research methodology.
