Nik Muhammad Salleh Wan Musa was born in Kelantan. He was an outstanding scholar who initiated the movement of reformation in his hometown. He started this idea after he has finished his studied in Mecca and India. He came from a family of scholars, and was raised up with sufficient knowledge that led him to pursue his studies to a higher level abroad. Surah al-Fatihah is the first surah in Qur'an. This surah contains seven sentences, 25 words and 113 letters, read by every Muslim from 17 to 70 times a day in the obligatory prayers, supererogatory prayers, and other religious matters . This study aims to review the level of skills of reading surah al-Fatihah among mosque congregation in the district of Hulu Langat, Selangor. A total of 390 people selected randomly among the mosque congregation from 13 mosques in the district of Hulu Langat. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the adult education technology program at a chartered alternative adult education center in Florida. The adult education center had a low rate of students passing the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). This study examined the impact of the use of computer technology in an effort to improve student learning in mathematics, reading, and science. Accent reduction is a program to assist foreign speakers in developing a level of oral English proficiency that is more similar to native English speakers. This study examined whether an accent reduction program, focusing on intonation and articulation, would improve the oral English proficiency and understandability of 2 Vietnamese speakers.

Benefits, as well as problems, associated with intergenerational programs were discussed. This was an instrumental case study that examined the extent to which the politics of education in Tennessee that resulted in the passage of the Education Improvement Act of 1992 and related tax increases conformed to the assumptions of the Advocacy Coalition Framework as articulated by Sabatier. The framework viewed education policy change as the result of the interaction of (a) competing advocacy coalitions within a policy subsystem over a decade or more, (b) changes that are external to the policy subsystem, and the (c) effects of stable system parameters.
