Current practices in K-12 teacher evaluation look to mechanize the evaluation model, and effectuate better teaching by enforcing compliance to the evaluation model. This practice treats teachers as disseminators of instructional practice and thereby of information to students which dehumanizes teachers. The following research takes a different approach to understanding teacher evaluation by working away from fixing the evaluation model by replacing it with another model. Instead, the research examines the breadth of compliance culture, called performativity, and examines the relationship between teacher and evaluator. This research investigated the perspectives of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students on their experiences with group work (GW) in both online and offline environments. The results indicated that most students who participated in GW in both settings held a positive perception. Implementing a Collaborative Learning (CL) approach can enhance students’ self-confidence, motivation, engagement in a studentcentered environment, and sense of responsibility. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in language learning in vocational high schools, focusing on the experiences of teachers and students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data are collected through observation and interviews. Vygotsky's constructivism theory is used as a basis for understanding how AI supports independent and interactive learning. The results show that AI improves students' speaking and listening skills through automated feedback and enables personalized learning. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat adopsi Artificial Intelligence (AI) di kalangan dosen Universitas Terbuka (UT) menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh dosen UT, dengan 172 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kesediaan berpartisipasi. Mengacu pada teori Diffusion of Innovations dari Rogers (2003), dosen dikelompokkan dalam kategori Innovators, Early Adopters, Early Majority, Late Majority, dan Laggards berdasarkan skor adoption rate. Background: Non-technical skills (NTS) are the interpersonal and cognitive abilities that are critical to accomplishing high-risk tasks. Deficiencies in NTS, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making, are linked to errors in the operating room. Structured training and feedback in NTS remain inconsistent and have not been integrated into daily training. This dissertation addresses this gap by evaluating current NTS training and feedback practices and developing a rubric to enhance the effectiveness of NTS feedback.

According to Miles and Huberman, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method with three steps of data analysis: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The study aimed to analyze the relationship between students' learning styles and how they solve geometry math problems. Initial observations in class IV SDN Pulorejo III showed that students' literacy skills were low, especially in understanding story problems, obstacles in solving geometry problems such as memorizing formulas, and ignorance of students' learning styles. In this study, we present evidence for the validity of a shortened form of the Quantitative Reasoning for College Science (QuaRCS) Assessment, a validated instrument assessing the numeracy and math-related affect of undergraduate students in general education/introductory science courses. Previously published analyses of QuaRCS data revealed that 1) roughly 30% of students found the assessment boring, leading to lower self-reported effort and 2) affective factors (e.g. numerical self-efficacy) were significant predictors of QuaRCS score. This study investigated cohort-based Ed.D. students’ perceptions and preferences related to deficit and asset-based instructor feedback. The researchers collected data from 28 current Ed.D. students through a survey based on Henderson et al.'s (2016) Feedback for Learning questions. While students generally perceived feedback as asset-focused, they expressed a need for more growth-oriented, individualized responses. Additionally, male participants significantly perceived more asset-based feedback than females, suggesting that demographic alignment between instructors and students may influence perceptions around feedback. This program is a modified schedule initiative developed at Excellent High School in South Carolina to tackle declining graduation rates. This study evaluates the impact (effectiveness and outcome) of project-based vocational learning program in Electrical Power Installation programs (TITL) at vocational schools in Tangerang, Indonesia. Using the Goal Free Evaluation model and a mixed-methods approach, quantitatively, the study found that 93,93% of the program ran well. It identified 33 positive impacts that matched the program's goals, 2 negative impacts, and 6 unexpected positive outcomes for students such as curiosity, confidence, safety awareness, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and honesty.
