การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ตามแนวคิดพลังสุขภาพจิต และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ตามแนวคิดพลังสุขภาพจิต โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 4 โรงเรียน และมีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 207 คน ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 21 คน ครูและบุคลากรจำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ฐานนิยม และใช้ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI [modified]) ในการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1) การพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ตามแนวคิดพลังสุขภาพจิตที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล โดยมีคุณลักษณะพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการมีศักยภาพในการแก้ปัญหาเป็นคุณลักษณะที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด การพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นรองลงมาคือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา โดยมีคุณลักษณะพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการปรับตัวและยืดหยุ่นเป็นคุณลักษณะที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด และการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ลำดับที่ 3 คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน โดยมีคุณลักษณะพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการมีศักยภาพในการแก้ปัญหาเป็นคุณลักษณะที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ตามแนวคิดพลังสุขภาพจิต ประกอบด้วย 3 แนวทาง โดยเรียงตามลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ได้แก่ (1) พัฒนาวิธีการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลที่เน้นพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการมีศักยภาพในการแก้ปัญหา (2) พัฒนาระบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาของนักเรียนที่เน้นพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการปรับตัวและการมีความยืดหยุ่น (3) ยกระดับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนที่เน้นพลังสุขภาพจิต ด้านการมีศักยภาพในการแก้ปัญหา

Socioeconomic status (SES) heavily influences students’ academic performance, creating an achievement gap in core subjects like reading and mathematics. This thesis will describe the socioeconomic achievement gap as it relates to mathematics specifically, discuss the problem’s causes, and propose how preschool programs should be implemented more prevalently as a solution to close the gap. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของอุปนิสัยผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงของครูโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย ตามแนวคิดอุปนิสัยผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูง ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย จำนวน 11 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลรวมทั้งสิ้น 351 คน ประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มผู้บริหาร 211 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการ 46 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 99 คน หัวหน้าระดับชั้น 66 คน และ 2) กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติ 140 คน ได้แก่ ครูจำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของ (ร่าง) แนวทางพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย ตามแนวคิดอุปนิสัยผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (u) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (o) การวิเคราะห์ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI [Modified]) ฐานนิยม (Mode) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นของอุปนิสัยผู้มีประสิทธิผลสูงของครูโรงเรียนในเครือสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการกำหนดผลลัพธ์ของการกระทำในการกำหนดเกณฑ์การวัดที่ท้าทายในการประเมินความสามารถแบบก้าวกระโดด และความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำที่สุดคือด้านการพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความใฝ่เรียน ใฝ่รู้ในการพัฒนาการวัดและประเมินผลให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเสมอและ 2) แนวทางพัฒนาครูมี 18 วิธีการ 10 แนวทางรองจาก 6 แนวทางหลัก ดังนี้ 1. พัฒนาครูระหว่างปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการกำหนดผลลัพธ์ของการกระทำ 2. พัฒนาครูระหว่างปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการทำสิ่งสำคัญก่อน 3. พัฒนาครูระหว่างปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการพยายามเข้าใจผู้อื่น 4. พัฒนาครูนอกเวลาปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการกำหนดผลลัพธ์ของการกระทำ 5. พัฒนาครูนอกเวลาปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการทำสิ่งสำคัญก่อนและ 6. พัฒนาครูนอกเวลาปฏิบัติงานให้มีอุปนิสัยการพยายามเข้าใจผู้อื่น

Multiple disabilities does not just affect the individual, it affects caregivers as well. Once a child and parent receives the diagnosis of multiple disabilities they find themselves in a new territory, a new mindset. This study is a longitudinal autoethnographic personal narrative of a mother of a child with multiple disabilities using an intimate inquiry framework. Empirical research studies that focus on the experiences of Latinas in executive leadership are limited. In its entirety, workforce research has overlooked how social and cultural experiences influence this group’s leadership development. This gap in research has failed to uplift the Latina executive voice and their achievements. Addressing this gap has the potential to influence distinctive workforce practices and future scholarship. Utilizing an asset-based perspective, this study presents counter narratives that intentionally focus on exploring Latina leaders’ voices. The purpose of this study was to investigate pharmacy students’ experiences, perceptions, and beliefs regarding peer-reporting of academic dishonesty by adopting a cross-sectional anonymous survey to pharmacy students in the United States. In addition, this study identified factors that may affect pharmacy students’ likelihood of reporting peers’ academic dishonesty including the relationship between the cheater and their observer, the severity of the punishment on the reported cheating, and the reporting systems. Fifty-six out of 271 respondents (20.7%) reported their engagement of academic dishonesty. School shootings in America occur with alarming frequency and little predictability or allowance for preparation and planning. This crisis demands attention and assessment from a variety of stakeholders, especially school leaders. Future school leaders require a curriculum that includes safe school assessment and intervention. Washington state school administrator interns responded to a safe school assessment checklist of key attributes to assess their knowledge of safe school planning and intervention. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและแนวคิดสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการ 2) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3) วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการ และ 4) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multi – phase Mixed Method Design Research) เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณร่วมกับการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน รวม 341 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้างานหลักสูตร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 งาน ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนรู้และการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร (3) การวัดและประเมินผล และ (4) การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาและแหล่งเรียนรู้ กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงผู้ประกอบการ ประกอบด้วย 3 สมรรถนะหลัก 11 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ (1) สมรรถนะเชิงความสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย 4 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ การมีจริยธรรมและความซื่อสัตย์ การมีความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และความรอบรู้ในตนเอง การยอมรับความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม และการเป็นนักต่อรองที่มีประสิทธิภาพ (2) สมรรถนะเชิงงาน ประกอบด้วย 4 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ การสร้างนวัตกรรม การมีความสามารถทางสติปัญญา การมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุง และการบริหารองค์การ และ (3) สมรรถนะการกำหนดภาพอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 3 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ …

This paper argues that the ‘new governance’ narrative should be revised and modified to reflect context-specific details of the policy sector and styles of government. I discuss the modified network governance narrative, including how the theory of bureaucracy informs the function of network governance. I then apply it to analyze a case study of Korean educational assessment policy, specifically the National Assessment of Educational Achievement, as empirical evidence to support the claim. This qualitative critical narrative inquiry explored how members of Latina/o sororities and fraternities perceived campus climates for racial and ethnic diversity at predominantly White institutions. Using the multicontextual model for diverse learning environments, findings point to the significance of participants’ recognition of a misalignment between the espoused and enacted commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity in relation to how they perceived the campus climate for racial/ethnic diversity. Implications for research and practice are discussed.
