For the first time, a thermoelectric effect was observed in a graded-gap continuous Si1-xGex solid solution (0≤x≤1). The graded-gap Si1-xGex solid solution (0≤x≤1) was grown from a limited volume of the Sn-Si-Ge melt solution by liquid-phase epitaxy on n-type silicon substrates with an orientation of <111> in the temperature range 1000 ÷ 7500С. Samples with dimensions were made from the obtained materials: length - 8mm; width - 5 mm. Solid solution films grown on substrates with an orientation of <111> had a single-crystal character. This article presents the results of a pilot study of greenhouses with a semi-cylindrical, two-layer, transparent barrier for farmers, farmers and entrepreneurs. According to the analysis, the difference between the proposed greenhouse and the greenhouse is different from other greenhouses. When the air temperature inside the solar chamber reaches 25-300 °C, the electric fan is turned on, and the heated air is removed from the pipe and transferred to a short-lived battery underground. The article compares the new data obtained on the degree of salinization of hydromorphic soils common in the Mingbulak district, as well as on the dynamics of changes in ground, irrigation and drainage waters, with data from previous studies. This study sought to determine the relationship between young alumni participation in alumni association sponsored events and young alumni giving through the research questions (a) is there a relationship between young alumni participation and giving to the university?; and (b) is the giving behavior of young alumni who are donors to the university affected by attendance at alumni association events?

Although private school voucher programs provide subsidies to students for tuition and other education-related costs, private school leaders weigh program participation against any associated regulatory costs. The higher the regulatory costs of participation, the less likely a private school is to participate in a school voucher program. Since we do not know with certainty which regulations will be viewed by school leaders as more or less costly, we explore whether specific regulations that are common to private school choice programs do or do not deter likely voucher program participation.

Despite the research that exists about transfer students, there is limited literature on the services that colleges and universities provide to adult students who transfer from community college to university. The number of adult students who participate in postsecondary education continues to grow. The purpose for this mixed method exploratory study was to gather data through both telephone conversations and a survey of transfer coordinators at Illinois institutions of higher education, including community colleges, public four-year institutions, and private, nonprofit four-year institutions. Education on depression is an important part of social emotional learning. Lacking emotion regulation skills tend to lead to larger problems, such as academic struggles, disconnect from peers, strife at home and trouble in interpersonal relationships. Research in depression education or educational programs connected to mental health literacy are minimal, especially at the high school level. This engaging, interactive, self-reflective session focuses on equity at the classroom level. It challenges teachers to look within themselves relative to how they relate to and engage with their at-risk students of color and other underserved students. It challenges teachers to confront whatever biases they may bring to these students that may be either blatant, subtle, undetected or unacknowledged. It argues that high-performance is an impossibility in classroom environments where equity fails to exist.
