การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ และการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ 2) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาครู 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาครู ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล ภายใต้สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 178 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑลมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 123 โรงเรียนผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 102 คน และครูจำนวน 249 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 2 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามาตรประมาณค่า และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของ (ร่าง) แนวการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น ฐานนิยม และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางปริมณฑลตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ และการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมากที่สุดตามลำดับ (สภาพปัจจุบัน = 4.015, SD = 0.749 สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ = 4.602, SD = 0.583) 2) ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาครูที่สูงสุดคือ การประเมินผลการพัฒนาครู (PNImodified = 0.146) 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 5 แนวทางดังนี้ 1) พัฒนาครูเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียนโดยเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการ ด้านความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ คิดวิจารณญาณ อภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและแก้ปัญหาของผู้เรียน 2) พัฒนาครูเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครูในกระบวนการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติโดยเน้นการสะท้อนคิดเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียน 3) พัฒนาครูเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการโดยเน้นการจัดประสบการณ์ตรงให้แก่ผู้เรียนเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการของผู้เรียน 4) ปรับปรุงการประเมินผลการพัฒนาครูโดยเน้นการประเมินผล 3 ลักษณะ 5) ปรับปรุงการนำแผนพัฒนาครูไปปฏิบัติโดยเน้นการพัฒนาครูเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการในด้านการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้ทำงานเป็นกลุ่มอย่างหลากหลายร่วมมือรวมพลังเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียน แนวคิดความผูกพันของครู และแนวคิดความผูกพันนักเรียน 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน 3) จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน 4)พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียน กลุ่มประชากรคือ โรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญจำนวน 3,373 แห่ง ใช้กลุ่มตัวจำนวน 330 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน รวม 873 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันมี 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ การทำงานที่มีความหมาย ฝ่ายบริหารร่วมปฏิบัติงานและตัดสินใจอย่างเหมาะสม สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานเชิงบวก การให้โอกาสก้าวหน้า การมีความเชื่อมั่นในภาวะผู้นำ และการปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นธรรม กรอบแนวคิดความผูกพันของครูต่อโรงเรียน มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ พูดถึงโรงเรียนในทางบวก ต้องการทำงานกับโรงเรียนในระยะยาว ทุ่มเทและอุทิศตนทำงานเกินกว่าหน้าที่ด้วยความเต็มใจเพื่องานและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน และกรอบแนวคิดความผูกพันของนักเรียนต่อโรงเรียน มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือความผูกพันทางพฤติกรรม ความผูกพันทางอารมณ์ และความผูกพันทางปัญญา 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด 3. จุดแข็งคือการที่โรงเรียนสามารถสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในภาวะผู้นำให้แก่ครูและนักเรียน จุดอ่อนคือ การที่โรงเรียนให้โอกาสก้าวหน้าแก่ครูและนักเรียน สภาพสังคมและเทคโนโลยีเป็นโอกาส และ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ การเมืองและนโยบายรัฐบาล เป็นภาวะคุกคาม 4.กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดองค์การที่สร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนประกอบด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ 1)เสริมสร้างโอกาสความก้าวหน้าของครูและนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2)ปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงานของครูและนักเรียนให้เป็นการทำงานที่มีความหมายด้วยเทคโนโลยีและกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ 3) เร่งพัฒนาการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ร่วมปฏิบัติงาน ร่วมคิด ตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและกิจกรรมการเรียนของนักเรียน 4) พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานเชิงบวกให้เป็นกลไกพื้นฐานในการสร้างความผูกพันของครูและนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนาน 5) ยกระดับการปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นธรรมต่อครูและนักเรียนอย่างมีนวัตกรรม 6) พัฒนาความไว้วางใจในภาวะผู้นำให้มั่นคง โดยมีกลยุทธ์รอง 12 กลยุทธ์ และ 46 วิธีดำเนินการ

People learn about the world through popular culture. Popular culture media representations of autism can be found in TV, film, literature, Internet media, advertisements, and more. This study sought to understand how student veterans view their transition to becoming a college student. A small, but increasing, amount of studies have been conducted on this topic. A qualitative approach, specifically a narrative method, was utilized to better understand how student veterans made meaning of the life events they experienced during their transition. Six student veterans in at least their second semester at their current institution were interviewed one-on-one, and their narratives are included here. The purpose of this mixed methods study was to examine the sense of belonging of state college transfer students who enroll at a large research-intensive university through structured and unstructured transfer pathways using the Sense of Belonging Instrument (SBI; Hoffman, Richmond, Morrow, & Solomon, 2002). The SBI includes five subscales (Peer Support, Faculty Support, Classroom Comfort, Isolation, and Empathetic Faculty Understanding). Much of the literature regarding Black students at predominantly White institutions (PWI) focuses on these students' academic difficulty, while there is far less attention paid to the performance of higher achieving Black students (Fries-Britt, 1998; Fries-Britt & Griffin, 2007). This portfolio documents three learning outcomes of the EDAD925 Law and Higher Education course taught Spring 2017 in the Department of Educational Leadership. The learning outcomes include (a) understanding the role of the higher education administrator within the legal context, (b) using professional standards to inform decision-making, and (c) examining social justice concepts within professional practice in the legal context of higher education. Health literacy is widespread, but its potential is not recognized. By not recognizing health literacy, patients have the burden of coping with diabetes with renal complications without full knowledge of their responsibility to their health. The focus of the project was to assess participants with diabetes with low health literacy and low mean glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). The project goal was achieved by the assessment of the participants' health literacy and eGFR before and after education for their diabetes, then assessed to determine if teaching the participants would improve their health literacy, lab values, and overall health. In order to serve its nontraditional students, a university piloted a competency-based program as alternative method for its students to earn college credit. The purpose of this mixed-methods study was to conduct a summative program evaluation to determine if the program was successful in order to make decisions about program revision and expansion. The conceptual framework for the study was grounded in Knowles's adult learning theory and Bandura's social learning theory as they relate to adult learners being self-directed and self-motivated to complete their educational goals. Ecoliteracy is grounded in Capra's web of life theoretical framework and represents students' capacities to read world systems objectively with their head, heart, hands, and spirit. Adolescent students with psychiatric disorders who are educated in day treatment school classrooms manifest cognitive limitations, maladaptive behaviors, and social functioning deficits that often lead to academic failure, impeding their productivity when they become adults and causing them to run afoul of the criminal justice system. Informed by their students' interests and perspectives, day treatment schoolteachers can individualize existing curricular and behavioral interventions, or develop alternatives so that unwanted classroom behaviors decrease and academic performance improves.
