Report for the Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Kentucky; this report was submitted annually / biannually by the superintendent of Public Instruction. The report included receipts and expenditures, salaries, statistics for white and colored [African American] schools, census and financial reports, list of State, County and City Common School officers, abstract of Epistolary Reports of School Superintendents, and report of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Frankfort Public School. Additionally, reports from the state school, Agricultural and Mechanical college, State Normal School for Colored Persons, School for Deaf Mutes, Blind Schools and Feeble Minded Children.
