The First Steps To Starting A Hobby, Dylan J. Galvez
ENGS 15.11: Design and Education
The concept of a hobby is an elusive and often overlooked practice. Hobbies are beneficial for all aspects of life, in regards to physical and mental health. However, the issue with hobbies is people often get bogged down by the process of starting a hobby. This workshop defines and breaks down hobbies in an easily digestible way. Following this, the process of how to start a hobby is reflected in a nonlinear well rounded approach. Through reflection and discussion students will learn how to start a hobby and leave with the tools to begin their own journey.
