Student affairs and higher education scholars have recently identified several problematic trends regarding the engagement, retention, performance, and behavior of college men across campuses. Concerns for college men’s lack of engagement worsen regarding leadership development, as not only do college men participate in leadership programming at very low rates, but they also have alarmingly low capacities for socially responsible leadership. Religiosity is a well-known protective factor for mental health as a coping and resilience source, which positively affects Black male college students' academic success. However, less is known about whether religiosity predicts degree completion and buffers Black males' mental health from a quantitative research approach. Black males have one of the lowest degree completion rates at four-year institutions. Students who experience poor mental health outcomes have lower degree completion. This study utilized logistic regression to investigate whether religiosity: (1) predicted degree completion among Black male undergraduate students and (2) moderated anxiety and depression. Dual enrollment students still have to meet the admittance and coursework requirements to be enrolled in a dual enrollment course even though the class could be scheduled for more time than the traditional course taught on campus. A group of Nepali diaspora members, represented by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), started a campaign in 2009 to establish the Open University of Nepal (OUN) in partnership with the government of Nepal. Their motivation was to develop a quality university for the masses by mobilizing local, diaspora, and international collaborators for producing and disseminating knowledge in the public domain. The university was subsequently established in 2017 but it drifted away from many of the original objectives. American society must be made aware of intellectual contributions that underpin the fact that Black men are intelligent, eloquent in speech, and able to research and present any given topic. Purpose: Continuing education for the practicing clinician typically involves reading peer-reviewed journals and attending professional conferences. These mechanisms do not allow for practice and real-time evaluation of healthcare skills. Simulation-based learning has been widely used in professional education yet is not common in the continued development of the clinician in their lifespan. Method: We used a cross-sectional, repeated measures pilot study. This study investigated the impact of CodeVA’s elementary coach’s academy (ECA) on computer science implementation in elementary schools across the state of Virginia. The research took a multimethod qualitative and quantitative approach through surveys, focus groups, interviews and observations of ECA coaches and participants, along with the analysis of historical data provided by CodeVA. The signature pedagogy in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) higher education programs has been criticized for its instructor-centric lecture format and emphasis on the lower tiers of Bloom’s taxonomy (simply memorizing knowledge) at the expense of helping students develop the clinical problem-solving skills required for a lifetime of practice and learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the responses of a cohort of graduate speech-language pathology students to an active learning-oriented swallowing and dysphagia course design. This inquiry employed a convergent mixed-methods case study through a collaborative partnership with a College of Education at a private, West Coast Jesuit university. The study’s purpose was to interrogate recruitment and admission policies and practices of a Student Affairs graduate program to determine the extent to which they did or did not align with equity- and justice-oriented principles. The Education Deans for Justice and Equity framework, Critical Race Theory, and Social Reproduction Theory served as the conceptual and theoretical frameworks for this study. Purpose: The purpose of this project was to improve the Emergency Department (ED) nurses’ knowledge on identifying patients at risk for concussions and delivering effective concussion discharge education using an educational training intervention.

Methods: This project used a descriptive, non-randomized pre-post survey design. Participation involved three stages: a pre-education survey to assess baseline concussion education knowledge, an educational intervention consisting of a narrated PowerPoint presentation, and a post-education survey to evaluate knowledge on concussion discharge education. The intervention was delivered online via the UK Canvas educational platform.

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์หลักการ แนวคิด รูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล 2) เพื่อพัฒนาอนาคตภาพรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล และ3) เพื่อนำเสนออนาคตภาพรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการศึกษาความคิดเห็นจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ กลุ่มตัวอย่างของงานวิจัยทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 27 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และสรุปแนวโน้มอนาคตรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุดดิจิทัล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์หลักการ แนวคิด รูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล แสดงให้เห็นว่า หลักการที่เกี่ยวข้องและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานมุ่งส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ สนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบ ขับเคลื่อนให้บุคคลและสังคมพัฒนาสู่การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต เตรียมความพร้อมของประชากรในการดำรงชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล แนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานเป็นแนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบหลากหลายและผสมผสานทั้งการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะวิทยาศาสตร์ ผสมผสานการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 2) ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัลที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตมี 6 องค์ประกอบสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง ได้แก่ การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ โครงสร้างการบริหาร รูปแบบการบริการความรู้ หลักสูตรค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์และการบริหารหลักสูตร การรับรองคุณภาพ และองค์กอบด้านสุดท้าย คือ เครือข่าย ซึ่งแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีรายละเอียดเนื้อหาย่อยสำหรับการนำไปปฏิบัติจริงตั้งแต่ระดับบริหารจนถึงระดับปฏิบัติการ 3) ผลการนำเสนออนาคตภาพรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล พบว่า แนวโน้มอนาคตภาพรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล มีทั้งหมด 4 แนวโน้ม ได้แก่ 1)ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตรูปแบบที่ 1: ดิจิทัลไม่พร้อม - คนไม่พร้อม เป็นรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ขาดความพร้อมทั้งเรื่องเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล รวมทั้งการขาดความพร้อมของผู้สอนและผู้เรียน 2) ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตรูปแบบที่ 2: ดิจิทัลไม่พร้อม – คนพร้อม เป็นรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ขาดความพร้อมเรื่องเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แต่ผู้สอนและผู้เรียนมีความพร้อม 3)ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตรูปแบบที่ 3: ดิจิทัลพร้อม – คนไม่พร้อม เป็นรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์มีความพร้อมเรื่องเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล แต่ผู้สอนและผู้เรียนขาดความพร้อม และ 4)ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตรูปแบบที่ 4: ดิจิทัลพร้อม - คนพร้อม เป็นรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์มีความพร้อมทั้งเรื่องเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล รวมทั้งความพร้อมของผู้สอนและผู้เรียน ซึ่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์สามารถนำรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปปรับใช้ได้ตามความเหมาะสมกับลักษณะของบริบทที่แตกต่างกันและให้สอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มอนาคตภาพรูปแบบค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตในยุคดิจิทัล เพื่อความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายของหน่วยงานในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมั่นคง ยั่งยืน และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตอย่างแท้จริง

Person-centered care (PCC) guidelines are being used as a care model to improve health outcomes for residents with impaired cognition. The researcher utilized PCC guidelines to educate caregivers in residential homes to provide care based on the residents’ individualized needs and choices to reduce worsening health conditions and potentially avoidable hospitalizations. This study examined the impact of Career & Technical Education (CTE) credit accumulation on the persistence and academic attainment of student service members/veterans (SSM/V) within the 2-year public postsecondary education segment.
