The physiological alterations in autonomic nervous system (ANS) function due to concussion are suggested to play a role in persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS). Currently, there are few objective and clinically feasible measurements to assess ANS vitality in patients experiencing PPCS. The following case study details an assessment and treatment protocol targeted towards regulating the ANS in an adolescent female suffering from PPCS one month after injury. Mental health is a topic that has gained attention in recent years, but few studies have examined NCAA Division III student-athletes. Division III student-athletes are known to experience high levels of distress, and previous literature indicates there may be a significant psychological difference between student-athletes who compete in individual-sports compared to those who participate in team-sports. This paper shares a novel format for Math Circles, which we call “circles with no center.” Circles with no center do not have a traditional facilitator. The problem or activity is novel to everyone in the room. All members engage in mathematical inquiry, and everyone takes responsibility for running the gathering. The “no center” format has benefits for participants and organizers. For participants, the format offers more freedom and more responsibility. Accreditation of higher education in health in Indonesia shifts to the qualitative assessment driven to ensure quality improvement. The method replaces the former quantitative assessment method that has been applied since 2012; it will be effective in January 2025. The driving factors and rationale of transformation are outlined in this article. The rationale of the qualitative assessment that applies principle–based accreditation and the quantitative assessment that applies rule–based accreditation is reviewed here. Information on the accreditation procedure and the goal is presented, aiming for institutions to prepare for this new version of accreditation.

Adolescence, characterized by physical, psychological, and behavioral transformations, often elicits varied responses from girls. Adequate data can aid them in navigating these changes effectively. The study aimed to assess adolescent girls' understanding of puberty, psychological transitions, reproductive health, and the importance of a balanced diet during this developmental stage.
